Spent more than 90 minutes trying to find the meeting location. Asked several locals and taxi drivers and no-one had heard of Dorra Bay building and there was no Zoom supermarket on the road. So we gave up. Unfortunately, I’d left my phone in the hotel room so missed the message from the person waiting for us. Complete waste of money! I want a refund.
Hello 👋 Just to be clear: You have the exact location on your booking recipe and more than that we sent again a reminder with the location hours before the tour. A Google Maps link. Coordinates so precise NASA could use them. Every day, dozens of guests — tired, jet-lagged, confused, coming from every corner of the world — manage to find Dorra Bay building without turning it into a survival expedition. But somehow you spent 90 minutes walking around Dubai like it was the Bermuda Triangle. Taxi drivers didn’t know. Locals didn’t know. Buildings vanished. Supermarkets disappeared. Wow. Truly remarkable. And the best part? You left your phone in the hotel — the one thing you needed to check the instructions. That’s like showing up at the airport without your passport and blaming Emirates for not guessing your identity. So let’s be honest: 📍 The meeting point wasn’t the problem. 📍 Dubai wasn’t the problem. 📍 Our instructions weren’t the problem. There was only one problem, and it wasn’t on our side. But thank you for your performance — if getting lost were an Olympic sport, you’d be standing on the podium right now. Have a wonderful day! 🌟
We started our holiday in Dubai with the e-scooter Marina tour, and it was fantastic! Mustapha, our guide, was amazing. He showed us around the Marina, stopping along the way to share lots of interesting information. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable. Strong start to our holiday in Dubai! Mustapha is very polite and welcoming and the electric scooters are in great condition. After a tutorial in the car park, we were ready to explore the marina. We had regular stops at points of interest, and plenty of photo opportunities. Mustapha was informative and courteous, and got us some water mid way through. Highly recommended!

This tour was fantastic! We had never been on electric others before but the guide was very reassuring and we felt safe. We got to see loads of the Marina, way more than would be possible walking or driving. Tour guide was very friendly and informative. Took pictures, have loads of information. Would definitely recommend this tour - great value for money

Mustafa the tour guide was amazing! He listens. The excursion was AMAZING! It was beyond, amazing! We did the 5pm tour - we saw the views in the day and then towards the end we saw the Marina in a night view with the lights on and everything. The excursion was well worth it! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

Amazing tour. We thought it would be too hot and were worried….but no need. Stopped frequently in the shade to listen to all the information given. Had water provided and the right amount of scooter time/rest time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and a great guy. Would highly recommend to anyone. A unique way to see the sights.

Absolutely brilliant way to see the sights of Dubai Marina. Mustapha is a wealth of knowledge and gave us a great insight into the buildings and infrastructure. It was a very hot day ( we are from Manchester UK so anything above 30 degrees is a killer) so zipping around on the scooters was perfect. Can’t recommend highly enough 👏👏👏
