The guide was great and the train line was spectacular. As incredible as it was, I cannot rate this excursion a five simply because the operator uses deception for this tour. The photo you see of the train going over the bridge is NOT on this tour.
Our guide talked very loudly the entire bus trip Milan to St Moritz and then he continued talking all the way to Tirano. So annoying. I recommend take a public bus/train to St Moritz then get on the red train without a guide.
Amazing day out from start to finish. Sara was an excellent guide with so much knowledge of the train journey. Would highly recommend.

Following maps directions we went to the wrong location by the time we arrived to the right location we were 5 min late, not only they didn’t wait but they didn’t answer calls and didn’t respond to messages, the guy works there was so rude yelling at me the bus had left I told him I am only 5 minutes late and I called and sent many texts he said I don’t have time for you came back later I have other people to assist

This tour is built around a scheduled train departure, and the exact meeting point, the departure time and clear instructions are all provided in the booking confirmation precisely so that this can be avoided. For the benefit of every participant, our coach must leave at the stated time: waiting even a few minutes would mean the whole group missing the pre-booked train connection, which we are simply not able to risk. We are sorry you reached the wrong location, but the departure point was communicated to you in advance, and we cannot delay a fixed schedule that many other guests are relying on. We regret if you felt our colleague was abrupt; at the moment of departure he was responsible for keeping the entire group on time. This tour made for a long day but well worth the time spent. Josephine did a wonderful job of narration in both Spanish and English. We began with bus ride past Lake Como to a stop in St. Moritz. After some free time, and delicious pretzels and chocolate we boarded the Bernina Express making our way through the Alps to Tirano. Views were spectacular and the weather was picture perfect. We ended with a three hour bus ride back to Milan. Our only complaint was that photos from our side of the train were limited as passengers on the left side crowded the windows. Choose the right side!
It was a long but wonderful day. Breathtaking views. Great guide gigi(luigi)was very interesting and funny. Enough time spent at each place.

Great experience and well organised. Our tour guide Sara was very helpful and friendly and had a good knowledge of the areas visited. Her English and Spanish were excellent.

Swiss Alps beauty take you breath away. Spectacular!!! However, understand that this tour is only a coordination of your transportation. No guided tour and if your guide happens to be Manuela, you will not get much information throughout the tour. You get what you paid for, peace of mind of not having to do travel arrangements nor reservations, nothing more. The schedule ran without any glitches. I would change the name of tour to just transportation to St. Moritz.
