Very good spaciaus vechicle on time loved the journey and whole experience didn’t really understand driver but he tried his best to explain to us language difference

Excellent communication via email and text message with mini video to help with where to go for the meet up points. Always happy to answer questions. Gave help with costs for different exchange currencies etc. driver was on time for pick up from and drop off to the airport at sabiha gokcan. Would highly recommend them again. Organiser also confirmed the pick up and drop off with appointment time.

Waited for 20mins in a heat waiting bay. Admin was not really responsive but still made the effort to explain thing.

This service was perfect from beginning to end. After I booked, the operator contacted me to confirm details of my trip, provided a walk through video of how to find the meeting point, and really could not have made it easier. The ride was as described and service was exceptional.

So Deniz had provided a video of where and how to find the driver. Our experience differed a bit. When we arrived at the designated, a traffic coordinator contacted the driver. We waited a bit and when the driver arrived, got packed up quickly and then were on our way to the hotel. We landed at SAW but were staying in Gayrepette on the European side - an hour and a half trip in traffic on a Saturday afternoon. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and we arrived safely. If you are planning to use a car service on any trip, I suggest checking with the transportation company first for airport recommendations. That way, if you have an easier option, you can book your ticket without making changes later.

It is a very pleasant airport and tourist friendly, you can easily reach the different areas of Istanbul by Havabus which is right out side the airport near Semit Saraye
