Our guide Aristotle and driver made a great day .....amazing!! His knowledge, passion and levity made this a truly unique and extremely enjoyable experience. Not only does he have a degree in the topics discussed, he also served his country and was a Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the Presidential Mansion. A fine young man, great orator and a proud father to be. You will not get a tour like this on a big bus. It was worth every penny, and I would highly recommend this private tour, especially with Aristotle. From the time he greeted us to our departure, the tour was packed with detailed history at every stop without a minute wasted. By far the best tour in our 17 day journey!!! Thanks again Aristotle, for a memorable day and all the best to you and your family.

We had a nice day and enjoyed our guide’s company throughout the tour. We were expecting a more guided experience at sites such as the Acropolis and Ancient Agora, with our guide accompanying us and sharing historical details along the way. Instead, he provided a helpful overview in the car, along with a booklet, before dropping us off to explore independently. We understand that parking can be challenging in Athens, and much of his time was spent managing the vehicle while we visited the sites. Because of this, the experience felt more transportation-focused than we had anticipated when booking. A highlight of the day was seeing the changing of the guards, where our guide shared some great information and context. Overall, it was an enjoyable way to see many of Athens’ major attractions in a single day, especially for visitors with limited time.

Andreas was professional, knowledgeable and funny! He was always one step ahead of us. We loved our tour of Athens and added on an evening excursion to the Poseidon Temple with an amazing sunset, seaside fish dinner and a dip in the Aegean Sea. He curated a perfect day from start to finish!

Totally professional experience with Nasos who was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and a delight to have as a guide. Arrived on time for pickup in a well maintained vehicle, took us to the busy sights early to minimize the crowds and heat as this was summer, and remained flexible throughout the day as needed. I highly recommend this guide and tour.

What an amazing day!! Aristotle is the best!!! We opted for the upcharge for a guide who could go into the sites with us to make the most of the experience, and it was well worth it. We had 15 people, 8 adults and 7 kids (ages 7 - 13). Even the kids loved Aristotle. They didn't always sit still for the history parts, but there was enough going on and change of location to keep them engaged, so I highly recommend it for people of all ages. The van was great, almost brand new, and great AC on a very hot day. It was much bigger than we expected and fit all of us comfortably. Aristotle made each site very meaningful and has extensive knowledge of history. He found spots even in the crowded Acropolis where we could get great photos without other people in them. The changing of the guard was really special - I won’t spoil it here, but just let Aristotle run the show and do his thing! I don’t want to forget our great driver Ares either! Thank you both for being part of our family vacation and forever in our memories!

Andreas our guide was amazing and very informative and funny. He made sure that we were very comfortable, and since this was a private tour, he catered to our specific needs and helped us have an extremely enjoyable experience I would absolutely recommend him

Our tour guide “Sunday” was a former schoolteacher. He took us back to school in a good way 😊. He was very knowledgeable about Athens and the deep history of the region. Highly recommended.

Our tour guide, Dionisis, was exceptional. From the very beginning of our tour, he maintained a warm, positive, and friendly attitude that made the entire experience enjoyable. He was very patient and allowed us to take our time exploring both the Acropolis and the Ancient Agora, which made the tour feel relaxed and unhurried. Throughout the journey, he always prepared us for the next stop by sharing background information and context, making each site that much more meaningful. He delivered his extensive knowledge in such an engaging and entertaining manner that kept us consistently interested in the sites. Dionisis was also incredibly professional and attentive. He was always polite, such as opening and closing the car doors for us, and regularly checking to make sure we were comfortable. His hospitality and passion for what he does truly made this tour memorable. We would say he is the best tour guide we’ve had and highly recommend him to anyone visiting Athens. The entrance fee for the Acropolis (which includes the famous Parthenon) was €30 per person. Entrance fee for the Ancient Agora was €20 per person. The tour began at 9am and ended at 5pm. We spent an hour and a half at both locations. We then proceeded to lunch where we also spent an hour and half of our time. Afterwards we had a drive around the city where our guide pointed out the sights. Each site had a large amount of visitors but there was enough space to take photos.

Alexander was friendly, informed on history and city scenes, great in traffic and focus on what we wanted and didn’t want to do. Can’t imagine a better private tour experience.

From start until finish our tour with Andreas was personal, professional, perfect. We visited all the sites listed on the tour and lunch was at a local Cafe. Food wonderful. We are young 73 and 74 year old Australians, and Andreas went above and beyond looking after us. Love Athens, our first visit. Thank you 🇦🇺
