I love the H.R.C in any city I chose to visit, this one in Lisbon is especially good. Set over two floors, great decor and furnishings, an eye catching serving bar dominates the main room, all the rock'n'roll memorabilia you would expect to find in a good H.R.C and there's plenty of seating options spread throughout, its a great place to unwind in. We were greeted and seated by a very pleasant member of the bar team, we enjoyed a burger meal each here which was totally delicious and a few pints of beer each ,beers were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling, couldn't fault anything about our visit here before we moved on, can't wait to go again next time we're in Lisbon hopefully very soon. H.R.C is easy to locate along Avenida Da Liberdade. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 11.30am till midnight. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

I had already visited this establishment. Maintains the quality of international food, whether American, Italian or Mexican. The service is slow, especially when we have the show to our "wait". I notice that the volume was too high preventing q from talking without exaggerating the tone of the voice.

Hard Rock Café Lisbon and a must-see attraction for those who pass by Lisbon... Nice place and well located with internationally recognized and characteristic menu. I recommend making an early booking - the App get your guide is a good option! We made our reservation for him, we had an unexpected, we sent a message and all right, kept the reservation active until our arrival!

Very friendly staff, from reception to payment. Service a little slow. Great hamburgers. Fantastic hot fudge brownie. Great decoration. Prices slightly above the value, but not in excess.

Very nice place in rock’n’roll style as expected Friendly service good food The only shortcoming that is not possible in a Rock Caffe is house music in the whole place, when I approached the staff there was the answer “we have many young customers here” Never happened to me like this before and I always visit the Rock Caffe houses on my travels.

Whilst our experience was wonderful, the venue did not have our booking on their system. I don’t know who was at fault, probably Viator so I do hope they get their payment! Our server, food and experience was fabulous. We had booked a set menu-the desert wasn’t available so an alternative was arranged, which was even better than the original!

This restaurant took a while to get in (20 minutes) because it was packed. Ok service, but most of the food was good. Would recommend for American food in Lisbon.

This restaurant has always been one of my favorites, but after a long time without going, I came back last Thursday with my girlfriend and was extremely disappointed. The experience is no longer like what it was before. The employees were rude, clearly showed a lack of will and almost no energy in the care. The food has lost quality: the portions have been reduced, the taste does not impress and seems even something heated in the microwave. For the price charged, which remains high, the quality no longer follows. The music was so loud we could barely talk, which made everything even more uncomfortable. And I say it as someone who has always been a fan of Hard Rock — but this restaurant is not the same anymore. Whoever is now for the first time will not be able to understand what the real experience was before.

Very nice staff and very good food. We had meat dish and it was perfectly fried. The service was good. Unfortunately very few bar stools if you do not have a table. The restaurant had a nice environment.
