Would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone traveling to La Fortuna! We had an incredible experience thanks to our amazing guides, Kendall, Jose, and Ronald, who were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience truly phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make the tour fun, memorable, and safe from start to finish.
Overall, it was a good experience. It was raining that day so they monitored the levels to see if it was safe enough for the activity, which I thought was great rather than just take your money. I highly recommend the activity though, I had a lot of fun and it was a unique experience. They do charge $20 for photos and the lunch provided on the advertisement is not buffet on the site but an ordered meal but overall it was still pretty good.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Our guides Kendall, Cesar, and Jose were absolutely amazing. Perfect balance of safety and thrill, if you come to Costa Rica and do not do this excursion you are missing out!! My husband and I spent our anniversary here and had the most amazing time! We will be back!!
We had the time of our lives! Truly! The guides were all incredibly helpful. They explained everything, kept us safe and always had an open hand to assist in any way. My kids are 8,9 and 12 and they all just loved the experience so much. We did get the photo package because it was just so amazing and a time to remember! We will never forget our experience here and I would recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Costa Rica. The guides José, Kendall, and two others were all just so informative and fun. Pura Vida!

This was the last tour that we did before leaving Costa Rica! It was a blast and honestly my favorite part of the trip. This entire area of Costa Rica is so beautiful and unlike anything I have ever seen in my life. We spent 4 days out here and by the end of the trip I wished we had stayed longer! Cannot recommend this excursion enough! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. This was such a fun adventure. We went on a day with lots of rain which made the water a little more rough, but I felt so safe and taken care of by the staff. We also got the photo package which was worth it! I brought my own water shoes and my husband rented some once we got there, but good shoes are a definite must. We will absolutely be doing this again if we find ourselves back in the area
We have done this activity twice as a family - The first time went with grandpa and when our kids were 10 and 12...the second time with the kiddos ages 12 and 14. It is by far the most exciting thing you'll do in Arenal! It is active, physical, beautiful, and unique! You should definitely be somewhat in shape, but honestly I think the short hike back up to the starting point is the "hardest" part for most folks.
It was very fun and beautiful. I got soaked from head to toe. I rented water shoes from them for $8.
