ケアンズからのグリーン島でのシュノーケリングまたはグラスボトムボート

Great half day trip to Green Island. Ferry runs to time and the complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits on board before we set off were a welcome addition. We opted for the glass bottomed boat on the island which is a really good way to see some lovely coral, a variety of colourful fish and a turtle or two. We chose the half day tour due to our own time constraints but it was plenty of time to do the glass bottomed boat, have lunch, walk the entire boardwalk and have a swim. We didn’t snorkel so I can’t comment on that, but we did see fish and turtles from the jetty, so it looked like there could be plenty to see if you’ve got time for that.

Turtles were very fascinating, beautiful little island, renting a GoPro or a phone case for the water is recommended.

It was an amazing experience, and the weather was pleasant. The crew members took excellent care of us. The underwater views and marine life were beautiful, although I expected to see more, based on the photos and videos I had seen beforehand. Unfortunately, it seems that the coral reefs have suffered significant damage, which was disappointing to learn.

This has been one of the first and best experiences for my partner. He’s never been snorkeling and has never had the chance til now. And it was wonderful and his expression said it all. It was an easy booking and pretty up straight with directions and schedule. Staff on the boat are amazing and Green island is beautiful!!

Green Island was beautiful, but the boat was disappointing. The boat travelled too fast and the ride was very rough, making it difficult to enjoy the reef views. A slower, smoother ride would have made the experience much better. Tha glass bottom was ok but not the best.

It is a 30 minutes boat ride. Good experience. It is worth once. A great way of seeing underwater life without getting wet. We

make sure to bring sunscreen!! otherwise it was an awesome experience. I did it solo and still had a great time

Recently, we visited Green Island with the Quicksilver Group and to be completely honest, we missed our ferry because we were late. I completely accept that it was our fault. However, when we approached the counter, the experience was a little disappointing. The lady assisting us was quite rude and seemed very restricted in offering any help or alternative options. I completely understand that we were at fault, but a little compassion and understanding would have made a huge difference — especially as we were a group of 8, including 5 adults, children and 2 infants But then… our **superhero, legend and absolute lifesaver Brett! 🦸‍♂️❤️came to our rescue! Brett went above and beyond and arranged for us to travel with another operator so we could still enjoy the attractions we had pre-booked. His kindness, understanding and genuine willingness to help completely turned our day around. And what an incredible day it became! 😍 I honestly believe everyone should visit Green Island at least once in their lifetime.It is absolutely beautiful, and the hospitality from the team was amazing. A huge thank you to each and every staff member who works so hard behind the scenes to create such beautiful experiences and memories for families like ours. And a very special thank you to Brett. Your customer service deserves special recognition. You didn’t just help us with a difficult situation you completely changed the experience for our family and turned what started as a stressful morning into one of the best memories of our trip. ❤️ Thank you, Brett! You are an absolute legend! ⭐️ We will definitely be back again!

Tour description on Viator online acct didn’t clearly say it was only a 30minute ride in the glass bottom boat!!!! Saw very little therefore!

Beautiful island and opportunity to see turtles and other marine life snorkeling in the crystal clear waters.
