A lovely experience. However, this is advertised as a child-free experience so it was very disappointing to have an 8 and 10 year old on board and another child approx 10 years old.

Wonderful experience from the moment we meet the team. They are so helpful and all so informative, nothing is too much trouble for Tayla, Mike and Kat. Three friends travelling together did the afternoon,snorkel, sunset cruise to the Low isles. We were not disappointed,trip out and back under sail was magic. Best trip I have done out to the reef 🪸 of which I have done 4 over the years. Highly recommend 🤩🤩🤩

We cannot fault our experience on Sailaway. The crew (Dylan, Yasmine, & Angel) were absolutely outstanding. Their knowledge of the reef & Dylan's handling of the vessel was exceptional. For a first time snorkeller, the instructions were clear & easy to follow- I'm definitely more confident to do that again. It was obvious they love their job- the customer service was next level.

The pros: The staff on board was friendly and professional. Overall, they made sure that we were safe, and on-board that we were fed and hydrated. The cons: Sailaway is upfront that there are up to 33 passengers on the boat and I would guess that there were close to the maximum people on our tour. Space on the boat itself was fine, but that's just too many people for an effective guided snorkel tour. We often could not hear what the guide was saying or trying to point out. People ran into each other trying to ensure that they stayed with the guide. The uncontrollables: The weather wasn't great on the day that we went. It was cold, and the sail back was a bit rough.

Absolutely amazing day out! - great Captain and guides made us feel safe on our first sailing adventure, couple d with great hospitality and food onboard. Well worth the drive from Cairns

The trip to the Low Isles for snorkeling and then the sunset return was amazing. We saw sharks, turtles, clown fish and more. Taylah, Dylan and Milan were an amazing team - caring for our safety and also ensuring we had a wonderful time - beyond the sailing and the reef, the food and drinks and hospitality were on full display. They also dialed up an amazing sunset. We couldn’t have asked for a better day or experience. Do yourself a favor and book with Sailaway!

This was our second Sailaway trip this week. It is not overkill to do two different trips in the same week. We went to a completely different location, this trip is geared more to adults, with the same great service Sailaway provides! The crew- Taylah, Dylan and Milan did a great job calling us over to see turtles, reef sharks as well as manta rays. The crew seemed to have as much enjoyment doing this as the customers! Highly recommend Sailaway, as it is a smaller group with great service and knowledge as some of the bigger, more crowded boats.

Had a fabulous time visiting the Great Barrier Reef. The crew was excellent and very attentive. Dylan especially was excellent and kept watch over the group as we snorkeled through the reef. A must todo trip if you visit far north Queensland.

Great half day on the reef with amazing staff and fellow passengers. Staff were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
