My car never never arrived at the allotted time.But after a phone call a car was sent for me and all went well after that.

This company sent a van with a 1980s style speaker taking up more than half the trunk. Leaving no room for our suite cases. They said for an additional $50 Euro they would send a van for our luggage. If the trip is for 5 people and the van fits 2 pieces of luggage it makes no sense.
Sir, we are sorry. To prevent you from being a victim, we placed 8 large suitcases from the hotel into the car. We offered you an option for a safer journey, but you did not accept it. Next time, if you specify your number of suitcases, we can choose a vehicle accordingly.
Fantastic vehicle and a real fun ride. The process of getting picked up from IST is a simple one and we were on our way quickly.
