Our driver was wonderful, the car beautiful, and service excellent. My only complaint is that we were charged for excessive (>1 hour) waiting time. Because our flight was international, we had to go through passport control, wait excessively long for baggage, and then go through customs. I would request a pick-up 45 minutes after expected landing time to avoid this extra charge.
The driver was incredibly patient and friendly. I lost my bag at the airport and he waited while I retrieved it from security.

It was good to deal with such a professional company and to enjoy such a smooth and comfortable drive. Highly recommended. The drivers are well qualified and responsible and other factors such as hygiene were also considered. Good Covid-safety measures were taken. Would highly encourage others to use their services.
