Mohammed (Ahmed) was a pleasure to work with. He arrived earlier than scheduled (which was a plus) and took the time to search for us at a very busy cruise port! Once settled, he was accommodating, pleasant and conversational. We highly recommend him!

Our experience with our driver, Ayden, was exceptional. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He handled everything for us including luggage and directions to our checkin area at the airport. We will definitely be using this company again.
We were extremely pleased with GoldFinch car service. Our driver ("Con") met us at the designated spot at Heathrow and loaded our luggage. We arrived at our hotel with confidence and no problems. It was such a secure feeling knowing we were well taken care of and safely driven to our hotel. We had booked through Viator but realized we could book directly through Goldfinch and save money and have confirming texts with our driver, etc. We DID book our return trip from our Cruise ship at Southampton back to Heathrow for our return trip home. It was so nice disembarking from the ship and meeting our driver on the curb for a seamless return trip to the airport. Other passengers struggled to find the right bus or taxi etc. We will definitely use their car service any tim ewe are in London.
