We got scammed. Upon arrival at the museum, we found out that tickets were issued for a prior date and we were denied the access to the museum.

SCAM There is not a skip the line once you arrive. They also changed the time I booked and confirmed. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t buy from them!!!

The museum was good. There is no Skip The Line. It is not very useful to get the ticket through an intermediary.

The no line experience from third party vendors like Viator are NOT honored. The tickets were not for the same time it was 45 minutes later. Very inconvenient. The museum itself if phenomenal, I’ve done it many times. From now on I will only buy tickets via the museum. Not Viator

The tickets are expensive (it's resale), we bought tickets for 4:00, they confirmed it for us, and what they sent us were for 4:45 (the entry times are strict). Basically they are reselling tickets and they give you whatever.

Don't pay more for skip the line! There is no 'skip the line' at the museum. Everyone gets in the same line. Other than that, the museum is beautiful.

Horrible tour company! Do not order through here. They send fake tour tickets so you think you have a ticket…no email, no text. When you get to the Museum at your appointed time, the museum staff says read the fine print. The fine print is within a Viator i-message from this company that says they are out of the time you purchased and will you do another. By the time you find their buried message, it’s too late. I did get a refund, but had to scramble to find another vendor with tickets for later the same day. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!

The place was great but the skip the line deal is BS. The staff told not only me several people talked about buying the skip the line ticket but everyone has to wait in line no matter what ticket you have. Other then that it was great

It was a horrible experience because my ticket didn’t work when I went there and then Viator couldn’t get in contact with the provider so I spent money to Uber all the way over there spent money on my tickets and then spent money on Uber all the way back just completely a horrible experience.

Viator sells this Frida Kahlo Museum experience as including “skip-the-line tickets,” and each ticket was $20+ more than the normal price. Once you arrive, though, there is no actual skip-the-line access—you still have to wait like everyone else. The Frida Kahlo home itself was a really cool experience and definitely worth visiting, but don’t buy your tickets through Viator. Buy them directly and save your money.
