The shuttle was comfortable and on time. It was a training ride for a new driver and both men were very polite. We arrived at the airport quickly and safely.

I requested for this company to pick my up at my hotel at 5:00 a.m the night before About 830 I got an email stating they would pick me up at 1030 a.m. at a gas station. ?!??! I had a airplane to catch the next morning and needed them to pick me up at 5 to make it on time, so I had to find another company to hire and then I am still waiting on a refund because the do not answer the company I booked it from and I could not reach this company personally either! If I could give 0 stars I would
