Great experience
I liked our experience. On our way to our drop-off location, the driver was telling us about the area and where we can get good food. Very nice. On our way back, our driver was very helpful and was nice to talk to, asking us about our experience in Jamaica.

Our driver was so...
Our driver was so friendly! And patient. He waited for us to finish up at Club Mobay on arrival. And we were lucky enough to see him again on our return to the airport. True genuine Jamaican warmth with great advice. Excellent service!

We didn’t get the name...
We didn’t get the name sign or the rum punch as advertised but pickup and drop off instructions were good. Both drivers were friendly and even offered excursion packages.
事業者からの返答
Dear Lynette, Than you for the feedback, please be advised that due to the number of persons we meet on a daily basis, we do not list individual names, however we display our sign with the company name and logo with instructions on how to find us. Be reminded that this was sent to you prior to your trip. Sorry that you did not receive your rum punch, however these are based on availability; and are not included in your package, they’re always offered as complimentary. Hope your stay was great.

Andrea was amazing! She was there on time to pick us up from the airport and returning to the airport. She had a sign with my name on it with happy birthday. She stop by and got us a refreshing drink and it was really good. We were traveling with one of our friends who had medical supplies and she was so patient and understanding. We will be using her services when we return to Jamaica.

Highly recommend!!!
Booked this transfer the night before & I actually booked it for the wrong day!! Smh! Our driver called prior to arrival to confirm the appointment. Once we landed and got our things she met us outside. On the way to the hotel we stopped for refreshments & light shopping. Our driver was also gracious enough to take us by KFC! Definitely recommend their service!
