Great experience, beautiful...
Great experience, beautiful view. Unique experience to do in NY. But 3 minutes less than planned and given the price difference depending on the extra or fewer minutes, it is very frustrating.

We loved this helicopter trip; the next tour will be in the evening.
It was very, very sick. A must-do, I recommend this experience. Next getaway to New York, I will do it again in the evening.

My experience with Charm Aviation would never be recommended especially with that rude front desk agent I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND CHARM TO ANYONE!!!

The sky is the limit!
It was the most exciting thing I've ever done in my life!! My pilot was so kind and informative about the landmarks in Manhattan.

Excellent view but it should be a longer flight time
Bring a good video camera because what you see is truly incredible and it is a nice souvenir that we are taking with us

The staff was extremely rude and seemed very rushed.
The ride is a good experience but the staff is rude and non courteous. They seem very rushed and don’t understand that this may be the 1st experience for many people.

Once I was confirmed on a flight ( got bumped up a couple of times)- it was truly an amazing experience
