The beach, coves, and park adventure tour is great! They have so many things to do, the people are very friendly, the activities are super fun, and above all, it is a very, very beautiful place.

Las Caletas was beautiful and relaxing lots of activities to choose from and wonderful food and drinks. Water is warm ans clear with tons of fish to see. The trip back was highlighted by the performance from Danny and the crew. We loved it. A must do activity when visiting Puerto Vallarta. I have booked several tours with the Adventures group ( Cabo and Vallarta) and have never been disappointed.

🚨 BUYER BEWARE — DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! 🚨 I would give ZERO stars if I could. Our group of six booked an excursion directly with this company and paid over $700. AFTER they accepted our booking and took our money, we were told that because we were arriving on a cruise ship, we were required to book the excursion through the cruise line instead. We were told to cancel our direct reservation and that we would receive a refund. We followed THEIR instructions, canceled the reservation, and then paid for the same excursion a second time through Royal Caribbean. We canceled in February 2026. It is now September 2026 — SEVEN MONTHS LATER — and they STILL have not refunded our $700+! I have sent email after email trying to get this resolved. For months I was told they were working on the refund. Now they have simply stopped responding to me altogether. To be clear: We canceled because THEY told us we needed to book through the cruise line. We did not use the excursion we purchased directly from them, and seven months later they are still holding more than $700 of our money. Seven months is beyond reasonable. Ignoring a customer who is owed more than $700 is completely unacceptable. If you are considering booking with this company, PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Based on our experience, I absolutely would not book with them again. I will gladly update this review if and when our refund is finally issued. Until then, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

Tacos were so good, a lot of variety, bring an empty stomach

Left a very bad taste in my mouth, my husband couldn't enjoy anything that was included, a discrimination issue, they didn't care and said well it includes drinks and food, honestly a bad experience the Very expensive photos, the kids had a good time, the parents didn't

Absolute paradise! My first time ever and i got to do so many firsts! Snorkel, zipline, banana and the spinner! Ive never gotten to experience anything like this place . I think I found where I want to spend my honeymoon

This was our first excursion during our trip and it did not disappoint!! The ride to/from the private beach was so fun thanks to the staff. Herman took great pictures of us and the entertainers did a great lipsync of The Black Eyed Peas!! There were so many team members ready to help once you reached the island. It was easy to get drinks throughout the day. The water was so beautiful! It was easy to relax before doing the activities. The food was so fresh!! It is a designated lunchtime right before leaving the private beach.

Las Caletas delivered a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The operation is run with true professionalism, and the staff are warm, engaging, and genuinely entertaining. The water is stunning, the scenery is breathtaking, and there are countless activities to enjoy, making the day feel full and memorable. We had such an incredible time that my husband and I immediately booked another visit to enjoy the dolphin and sea lion swim. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

This experience was worth every penny!! From the time you get on the ferry, to your time on the beach, to coming back to the marina…WONDERFUL!! So many options for families to do while they are they and staff were the best! We loved Chi!!
