They will have a great time. The water was warm and the Food was good. The operators were friendly and attentive and very helpful

Great time!

10/10 WOULD DO IT AGAIN!
The boat ride was amazing! Not just saying that for a review it was honestly the best excursion I ever booked, ever. Dead serious.

Find another provider, terrible customer service
Got an email saying excursion had been upgraded to a yacht. Arrived at the office and was told that we hadn't confirmed we were ok with the change so they canceled us. No request to confirm via email & no voicemails from the provider. Ruined our day. Do not recommend. Agent at the desk in the marina was rude and unwelcoming.

According to our records, we did send email notifications and attempted to reach you by phone, but we did not receive a response. Upon your arrival at the counter, alternative options were also offered to accommodate your booking.
We have also notified Viator so they can proceed with the appropriate refund process on their end.
We truly regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your comments, as they help us continue improving our service and communication.

Great trip!
Great trip! The crew was so nice and there is a large emphasis on service. Lunch was very accommodating as someone with an allergy.

A Must Excursion
This was our 1st sailboat experience and it did not disappoint. Capt Rueben was amazing along with his staff Walter & Calben. I never leave reviews and only read them but had to for this excursion. The whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Food and drinks (made fresh) were yummy!
