The activity with the boat tour was excellent. With that stated, the rest of the trip didn’t meet expectations. We traveled for over three hours in a van one way with hard seats instead of a bus as advertised. Since we had the first hotel pick up, we were on the van for over two hours before everyone was picked up to begin the three hour ride. We didn’t have a bathroom break for over three hours. Our tour guide didn’t speak any English as requested and no one else in the full van spoke English either.

Lousy experience! I bought a tour for divers, they were wrong and sent me a tour to big island (which I had already done with another agency the day before), I knew it when I arrived to big island because the guide started telling about the tour when we were already arriving 3 hours from my hotel. Imagine, 6 hours on a bus for nothing, 3 hours out, 3 hours back, I lost a full day of vacation to the irresponsibility of an agency. I asked the guide what solution they gave me and he told me that the only solution was that I by my means take a taxi to my hotel (being in the middle of the road), all the people followed their route and I was alone in the middle of the road, it was terrible. Finally I had to get a taxi back and guess what? The agency won’t return the taxi money approximately $600 real ($100USD), because they say it was my decision to return to my hotel, so they expected me to stay all afternoon on the bus waiting for everyone to return to go back on the bus with them, that is more than 6 hours locked in a bus alone, terrible way to solve a problem. I do not recommend this tour much less this agency, I know that a mistake can be made by anyone, but another thing is not to take care of a tourist who is adrift because of them, thank God had mobile data to be able to return to my hotel that was 3 hours from where I was, if not I know what I would have done. They did not know how to address a problem that they committed and I felt that they did not care about the well being of the tourist, besides not making the full refund, because they did not return what I spent the taxi to return, and the refund that they made me of the tour was only 70%, because they returned it to me by paypal and being in dollars and withdrawing them you discount a commission, to all this the refund did not want to do me and were doing the crazy, I had to insist a lot to do it. Take the tour with another agency, because they won’t worry about your well-being in case you have a problem, much less give you a full refund if something like what happened to me happens to you.

The stay in Búzios was amazing. Beautiful landscapes, the time helped, for the first time I had an experience at sea where my feet did not reach. With the help of boys, my son and I jumped into the sea. The location chosen by the team was sensational, there were no waves and neither the possibility of being hit by water bikes. Too bad it was only 3 times. The first time was with fear, the last time was with "I want three more." Congratulations to the guide, always very friendly and attentive.

This was a very nice trip to Buzios from Rio. Dolores was a very friendly and informative guide. Nice snorkeling but a little chilly .

We were told to sit in back of the bus. It extremely hot in back. As much as sweating. The tour guide had assigned seats. We asked to change and she wouldn't allow. The tour guide did not speak loud enough to hear in back bus. She more concern about her rating then the experience. I will say the boat staff and experience was great. Question is the 2.5 hr boat ride worth the 8 hr bus ride. Complained to viator that ad doesn't match experience and they had no solution.

The trip was very good and the guide was cheerful. We left at the scheduled time after picking up all the passengers and the bus journey was peaceful. We bought snorkel glasses and a life jacket when we stopped at the agency in Búzios, it was 30.00 or 35.00 per person, but it was worth it because we were able to see several fish and also feel calm when getting off the boat. There was a change in the itinerary and we had lunch before going sightseeing, the food in the restaurant was good but it was crowded and the air didn't work. Time to walk around the city is also very limited, don't count on it. The boat trip was a lot of fun, the beaches are beautiful and the waters are very cold, but we had a great day in the sun. The boat has music to liven it up and a bar with drinks and kebabs, the cost of which is +- 25.00 for a caipivodka and 10.00 for a kebab. But it's all delicious and worth it. The only thing is that the advertisement said that we would spend 50 minutes on each beach, where we could get off the boat to swim, but the longest we stayed was 30 minutes on one of them, the others were less time. Even so, it was beneficial and we think it was worth it.

Excellent experience. The best vacation in I will definitely return to this wonderful place in my life. Note 1000. Very good .

Absolutely loved my Buzios excursion! The crystal-clear waters, charming streets, and friendly locals made it a dreamy getaway. A must-visit paradise!
