It's literally the only time a booking slipped through like that there was a glitch between TripAdvisor/Viator and our system, so we never even knew the tour was on the calendar. We were closed until December, but their platform kept taking reservations anyway. Total mess, and we're mortified it ruined your day. We hate that you showed up for nothing.
