Best zip lines ever and we have done others before. Very safe secure equipment . Great competent staff.

This was a great experience! My family and I enjoyed it immensely and would do it again. A couple of warnings. It's a pretty bumpy ride getting to the location. We did this in June, and it was pretty darn warm, my shirt was drenched. There is tough walking between the zip lines. I was fine but my dad's girlfriend had difficulty and had to cut it short. Luckily there are spots to sit and rest, and the staff were very helpful. It was a bit confusing at the finish as there was a place to eat and a pool, but it wasn't really explained to us how everything worked. The tequila tasting was very informative and my family ended up purchasing a few bottles. Our phones were safely locked away with our items. And we did end up purchasing the photo packages. I would recommend this; the staff were very informative and made the experience amazing!

Super friendly staff. There were 5 in our group with a span of age ranges (25-70). Staff was great at accommodating everyone. Lots of good humor. Also, we learned about farming in the mountains. Fun and educational.

The zip line was so much fun and the views were amazing throughout! Our guides, Johny, Danny, Javier, and Jose were entertaining, knowledgeable, and very experienced making us feel very comfortable. We had riders of all different thrill levels and everyone had a great time! Would highly recommend. Would have loved to have been able to take our own pictures. The professional pictures were great but we didn't buy due to the high price.

The experience was great from start to finish. The guides clearly put us at ease and our safety was primary. All in all, I would recommend, whether a first line zipliner or an experienced veteran of it!

Went to Puerto Vallarta for our honeymoon and all I wanted to do was a zip line excursion. We booked the day before through trip advisor, and were picked up promptly at a location close to our resort. Our zip line guides, Dani and Javier, were the best! They made it a fun trip and a good first time zip lining, with beautiful views. They were kind and served water along the way. We went with a group of adults but I did see some families enjoying as well. Highly recommend for your Puerto Vallarta excursions!

We had a blast zipping with Jonny and his team!! We’ve been zipping in many other places and this was definitely the most thrilling! Everyone was friendly, helpfull and made sure you were having a blast. Everyone spoke great English as well. We skipped the free tequila tasting, and went to the provided pool which was a must after a hot day in the sun. The restaurant food was solid and served fast. Great experience!

It was such an amazing experience. The views I saw while ziplining were so beautiful that it took my initial fear away. The guides, Felix and Daniel, were amazing and made the experience even more so enjoyable. If you can choose your guides, pick them. The staff overall were cool and professional. And it was all for a great price. The food was good. If I get the chance to come back, I will choose the longer trip so I can ride the mules.
