We had an amazing time doing the River Park Zipline Tour and Mule Ride in Puerto Vallarta! The whole experience was a lot of fun from beginning to end. The views were beautiful, the activities were exciting, and the staff made the experience even better. Our guide Carlos was awesome! He was our guide for the RZR/razor portion of the tour, and he made that part really fun. He was friendly, funny, and made sure we were comfortable and knew what we were doing. You could tell he really enjoyed his job and wanted everyone to have a great time. Adolfo and Omar were also great and did an awesome job helping us with the zip lines. They were both friendly, helpful, and made sure we felt safe before each zip line. They explained everything clearly and were there to help whenever we needed it. They definitely made the zipline experience even more enjoyable. The zip lines were one of the biggest highlights of the tour. Flying through the mountains with the amazing views was an experience we won’t forget. The mule ride was also really cool and gave us a chance to slow down and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Puerto Vallarta. The entire experience was well organized, the staff was friendly, and our guides Carlos, Adolfo, and Omar were all great. They made us feel comfortable, safe, and most importantly, made sure we had a great time. If you’re visiting Puerto Vallarta and looking for something fun and adventurous, I definitely recommend this tour. We had a great experience and would absolutely do it again!

Everything was exceptional great. The staff were amazing. Rafael and Esteban were very good with explaining everything and making sure we were well taken care of. 10/10 would definitely recommend

We’ve traveled to Puerto Vallarta at least 14 times over the past 7 years…this was THE BEST adventure we had with Rafael and José! These guys were funny, fun and welcoming!! Felt like we made new friends! We will request them again in February 🙏

The best RZR tour, very pleasant.

My experience was absolutely amazing, even though I’m so afraid of heights! 😅 The staff Alfredo, Danny, Felix, and Juan were incredibly helpful and encouraging. They pushed me to do my best, and I ended up completing all the ziplines! 🙌✨The RZR tour with Hector and Moises and crossing the Jorullo Bridge were definitely the BEST parts! 🏎️🌉 It was such a fun, exciting, and unforgettable experience. ❤️✨ Thank you for making it so special! I would definitely recommend it! ⭐️

Had an amazing experience with River Park!! This was definitely a true experience of zip line and ATVs. Our tour group Esteban, Junior, Gerardo, Charlie, Johnny and Freddy were the best. Incredible experience!! I recommend doing the combo that includes everything because it is completely worth it. They take you to the park themselves and the guides are very friendly and good at explaining. In our experience, it was Miguel, Esteban, and Junior who guided us to make this experience unique. The views from the zip lines are incredible and it is very safe. The RZR ride is very fun too, just like the Mule ride. I 100% recommend this tour and the only thing I would recommend is to bring a GoPro camera on your chest or on your helmet so you can capture the views and record your zip line trip since you cannot use your phone for that.

zip line wa fun but when we were done they kept us here so we would spend more money, almost 2hrs. there was 3 empty trucks ready to leave but they didn’t. expect to be stuck here for a while

An excellent experience; our tour guides for the zip line, Jr and Miguel, were outstanding, along with Juan on the ATV tour.
