It was such an enjoyable experience we had with our sommelier Kaylee. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable about our wine and food pairing and history of Barcelona and vineyard in the area. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who has a love for food and wine. Thank you so much for an amazing evening.

Guide was fabulous. It wound up being only 4 of us and the places she chose were outstanding. The food and wince choices were top notch and was definitely the best tour we took in Barcelona. I would recommend doing this tour the first night or 2 in Barcelona as we would have wanted to go back to some of the restaurants for dinner. Only feedback I have is to change the meeting point directions to 1 Rda de Sant Paul vice 11. Once I GPS “Stay Together Barcelona Apartments”, I had no trouble finding her.

Wonderful evening sampling and learning about local wines and food at hidden tapas bars in Barcelona that are off the beaten path. Javier is extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. A must next time you visit.

You MUST do this tour. Javier made our exploration of Barcelona food & wines just an incredible experience. He is super knowledgeable about wines and ensured we were able to taste the less typical/obvious wines and some real gems instead. In addition, he's just a great guy to spend a couple of hours with. His food choices were great as well. All in all, worth it 100%!

This was a really fun, unique way to see Barcelona. The tour leader was knowledgeable, fun, and approachable, and the selections were unique and felt much more local than anything I would have been able to source on my own for a short trip. The wine and food were nicely portioned, and the team was able to accommodate dietary restrictions relatively easily. This was a great value and a very fun way to access a more locally authentic experience.

Javier is the owner as well as a sommelier, and he created the most amazing tour experience for me and mother! It’s not the busy season, so we were lucky to have him all to ourselves! He was so communicative leading up to the tour, we found him easily at the meeting point, and instantly made us feel welcomed and comfortable. He took us to three local spots where we tried several tapas dishes paired perfectly with wine and he educated us on all of it! We tried different types of Cava (sparkling), Garnache (red) and other wines each pair perfectly with every dish. Javier thinks about the entire experience and perfectly times it to be at off hours for the full attention of the restaurant staff and no noise or crowds. This was the perfect way to start our time in Barcelona getting a feel for neighborhoods, wine and tapas. We ended the night with a fabulous cheese plate and the most unique cheese, similar to blue cheese but a million times better. We recommend this tour 1000% and would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Javier for a memorable experience and we wish you and your business all of the success!

ES: Kaitly took us to three restaurants and started with cava and appetizers. Then white wine, then red wine with special snacks from each restaurant. Kaitly (I don’t know if I spelled her name correctly) not only listed the grape variety of each wine, but also told us a good story about how each type of wine originated, its origin, its fermentation process and its detailed tasting. He described the food and wine enthusiastically, and our group enjoyed it very much. The wealth of knowledge he shared on this tour was fun and informative. I highly recommend this tour. IN: Kaitly took us to three restaurants and started with Cava and appetizers. Next was white wine, then red wine with specialty appetizers from each restaurant. Kaitly (not sure if I spelled her name right), not only enumerated the variety of grapes for each wine, but she also gave a good story on how each type of wine started, its origin, its fermentation process and detailed taste. She described the food and wine with gusto, and our group enjoyed it very much. The wealth of knowledge she gave on this tour was funny and informative. I highly recommend this tour.
