Reichstag tour
Our communication left something to be desired. On the day of the tour, the appointment was changed twice. The admission price of €32.00 was charged to me twice, so I still have some paperwork to do now.

Very interesting and entertaining tour
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Highly recommended tour!** The tour of the government district was really very interesting and entertaining. Our guide organized the whole thing with a lot of knowledge, interesting stories, and a likable, relaxed manner. You could tell that he is very knowledgeable and enjoys sharing his knowledge. We learned a lot of new things and the time flew by. The visit to the Reichstag dome was also a great experience. **Many thanks for the great tour – absolute recommendation!**

failed organization
Arriving barely a few minutes late to the meeting point due to traffic, I missed the group. Despite several attempts to call that went unanswered, the guide completely ignored me and I missed this paid tour. I am particularly disappointed because I canceled the free tour in favor of the paid one. Too bad about the quality of the organization.

Nous regrettons que tu n’aies pas pu participer à la visite, mais nous te prions de bien vouloir comprendre que nos guides commencent systématiquement la visite à l’heure. En cas de retard, nous te demandons d’en informer notre bureau en temps utile afin que celui-ci puisse se coordonner avec le guide pour déterminer où les participants en retard peuvent encore rejoindre le groupe. Dans ce cas, nous envoyons également une localisation en temps réel via Google. Nos guides ne négligent pas les appels des clients : ils se font un plaisir de rester joignables personnellement jusqu'au début de la visite. Passé ce moment-là, ils se consacrent pleinement à leur rôle d'accompagnateur auprès d'un grand nombre de participants et ne peuvent plus répondre au téléphone.
