Poor customer service
I mistakenly booked this tour for the wrong date. We were not even in the country yet. I acknowledged my mistake. It was completely my error. But the tour operator refused to move my booking to the following week, even though they still had availability for the time I intended to book. I understand the policy was that the cancelation needed to be made 24 hours before the tour. But it was 22 1/2 hours before. The tour operator was given the chance to make the change for me and they refused to. Poor customer service .

Fabulous. Can highly recommend this tour. Building and dome were stunning. Your guide was great - very knowledgeable and helpful.
