Lovely tour of the city, you get to see a little bit of everything! Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history and architecture and provided recommendations for the rest of the day.

It was not long enough but the guide was very informative about the old town and oriented us well so we could navigate on our own solo travel girl

I went to the exact location the listing showed on the meeting point, using both the map in the listing and entering the address into Google Maps. The guide was not there. I called the tour company twice and they refuse to refund me, with the guide saying he was there and that he called me (I can easily provide a screenshot of my call history). So I would not recommend booking a tour where the guide might not show up and you won’t be refunded. If

Guide was knowledgeable but presentation was less than desired. Spoke softly so very hard to hear her. Command of the English language was not the strongest.

Igor our guide was very interesting to listen to. We learned all about the city and he specialized in showing us the unusual aspects of Salzburg. We saw many beautiful sights and learned the history attached to it. Igor is very very knowledgeable about every aspect of the city. We only had half of a day and he helped with advising us how to use our time best. I highly recommend Igor and this tour to everyone! Igor definitely made our brief Salzburg and Austria experience a great one!

We never got to the tour because of the construction going on in salzburg and the bus routes being changed all over town so we were late. We called the help number twice. The first gentleman tried very hard to help us and call the tour lead so we could make it or let us join later. We called again and a lady answered. She was reluctant to reach out to the guide but put us on hold and tried. The guide never picked up to help us get to the tour. We finally made it through the busses late and went to the starting place and the police there gave us advice on which way the tour was headed and we followed the way the tour might had been. When we reached the gardens we ran into a lady from another excursion who knew our guide and she said they had just finished and left. We were extremely upset with the city of salzburg as their bus service this da was terrible. We tried to catch up but could not. We expect a refund of the tour as the conditions that day were out of our control. We had plenty of time but the city busses really messed up . We want a refund, please. Sincerely Terry and Andrea D

Guide was very knowledgeable. He spoke clearly and was easy to follow. Tour hit all of the highlights of the city.

This was a very informative, fun and relaxed tour. Our guide gave us lots of historical and musical information. She was very well informed and patient while we all took numerous photos. We had about 16-8 people in 5 separate groupings; by the end of the tour we all clicked as 1.
