Our guide was a great storyteller! It was spooky, yet informative regarding the history of Venice. We enjoyed the picture taking at the Rialto Bridge and the surprise visit to the spiral staircase. Very interesting evening walk!
Booked super last minute just looking for something to do and learn a little of the history. Valentine was entertaining and informative. Would definitely recommend.
Guide seemed bored and frazzled. Would have appreciated an overview of the spots to be visited before starting the tour. Would have also appreciated if the tour had a narrative tying up all the spots and themes.
Dear Client, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the tour did not fully meet your expectations. We will investigate the points raised directly with the guide, particularly regarding the initial overview of the itinerary and the narrative connecting the different sites and themes. Kind Regards, Monica
Nice guide, interesting facts, but not what we were expecting and barely any ghost stories. Not many interesting parts for kids either..
Dear Client, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found your guide knowledgeable and enjoyed the interesting facts shared during the tour. However, we're sorry to learn that the experience did not meet your expectations. Our Venice Ghost Stories, Legends & Anecdotes tour is designed to combine local history, legends, mysteries, and lesser-known stories of Venice, rather than focusing exclusively on ghost tales. We understand that, based on the tour title, you were expecting a greater emphasis on ghost stories, and we appreciate this feedback as it helps us better communicate the nature of the experience to future guests. We're also sorry to hear that the tour was not as engaging for the children in your group. We continually work with our guides to make the experience enjoyable for guests of all ages whenever possible. Thank you again for your comments. We truly value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another tour in the future. Avventure Bellissime Team
Valentine, our tour guide, was outstanding!! He really knew all about the city of Venice and it's spooky stories and secrets. He was funny and personable. We had a blast on the tour and loved getting to know such a beautiful city in such a creative and intimate way.
This was a fun night in Venice! Our guide Annalisa brought legends and history to life as we explored Venice.
Valentin was very knowledgeable and led a very fun and spooky experience through Venice! So many parts of Venice that we hadn’t seen before
We had an absolutely amazing time! There was five of us and we all fell in love with the stories and Venice! Was probably one of the best things we did in Venice! Highly recommend!
This was a great tour around some of the darker aspects of Venice's history; exemplified by some of the sites and stories, legends and anecdotes that our guide (Annalisa) offered. Expertly guided, entertaining throughout... would recommend!
Valentine was a great tour guide. You can tell he really loves this city and he’s a great storyteller. Great time! Loved it!
