Firstly, it is important to highlight that our guide assigned to your tour was Rubén, who has been selected on multiple occasions to lead our tours due to his historical and cultural knowledge, as well as having received five-star ratings for his service in the past. However, we understand that on this occasion, the experience did not live up to what was expected, and for this, we offer our sincerest apologies. Regarding client preferences, it is the policy of our company to try to adjust as much as possible to the desires and needs expressed by our clients, guiding them to places that offer quality service, both in terms of food and souvenir shopping. We regret that there was confusion and that your expectations were not met in this aspect. As for the behavior described during the tour, we understand that Rubén's conduct, described as obtrusive and unprofessional, is not representative of the standards we promote. The photographs taken by our guides during the tours are primarily to report on the progress and ensure that everything is carried out correctly, but clearly, this should not interfere with the experience or privacy of our clients. We take time management very seriously, especially in situations where our clients have clear time constraints, as was your case due to the return to your cruise ship. It is evident that on this occasion, organization and promptness were not handled adequately, and for this, we offer our apologies. We are committed to continuously improving the quality of our services and your feedback is essential for us. I insist that if you have the time to go on a full-day tour here, you should do it because the locations, the history, and everything in Antigua is spectacular.
