The guide was super helpful getting us on top of dos irmaos, provided helpful tips and we were able to watch the sunrise from the first row. It was amazing, def would do it again.

Our experience with this agency was unacceptable from start to finish. We booked a Dois Irmãos guided tour specifically advertised as conducted in English, yet upon arrival we were casually informed that no English-speaking guide was available and that ours spoke only Spanish or Portuguese. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a complete failure to deliver the core service we paid for. As a result, communication during the tour was extremely limited. The guide provided virtually no explanations, context, or insight, and contributed nothing beyond pointing out an obvious trail that is clearly marked and easy to follow independently. In practical terms, we paid a premium price for something we could have done alone for free. What is most concerning is the company’s attitude afterward. When I contacted them to request a refund for the service they failed to provide, they refused to take responsibility and instead blamed the situation on their inability to reach me by phone — despite having other obvious ways to contact me, such as email. This response shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We deliberately chose this agency over cheaper alternatives because we expected reliability and quality. Instead, we didn’t even receive the most basic element promised. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere unless they are willing to risk paying more for less.

Be careful with this company. Very unprofessional. They said the hike was at 3am and they failed to message us and tell us about a time change at 2am. Better find another company.
