Our guide Theo was exceptional! He picked us up on time at our hotel and we started out to Corinth. On the drive, he gave us a wealth of information on Greek culture, history and the path of the Apostle Paul. He was extremely knowledgeable on the history of Paul’s time in Greece and showed us notable landmarks where Paul actually preached, worked and lived. We stopped for lunch at a restaurant that he recommended and the view and food were excellent! He was very patient with our group and went out of his way to make our tour a memorable one. We had kids aged 11, 14 & 16 with us and he made the learning relatable to them so they could understand as well. He was genuinely interested in helping us learn about his beloved country. The van was very comfortable and clean, and a great perk was that it had really good air conditioning. That made the tour even more enjoyable since we had been out touring the day before in the Athens heat at 95 degrees, and the day of our tour it was 104 degrees! He supplied us with plenty of water and was very accommodating. The length of our tour was perfect, and the admission fees for the places we visited were very inexpensive or free. If we come back to Athens we will certainly ask for Theo again!

Chris is absolutely phenomenal and I don’t even know where to start. Knowledgeable, friendly, very polite and easy going. Arrived on time. We were traveling with 3 kids ( two 16 years old and 12 year old). We had entire day and visited many places among those : Olympia, Ancient Corinth, Canal etc. He made it so interesting for all of us. I worried that kids would get tired ( it’s a long day) but in contrary they were very excited to listen to the stories, interesting facts, mythology and many more. Chris is the type of person who loves to learn new things so it is very pleasant to have different conversations with him. The car was comfortable with good AC and plenty of leg room and cold bottled water. He is hard working individual and overall very kind good person. So blessed to have him. Our tour guide Christos was fantastic. Very friendly and funny! He shared so much historic information during the drive that we were more than ready to appreciate all the details of Corinth and Olympia. He took us to a castle in Corinth that has been used for 5 different civilizations in over 3000 years! My family (kids 15 and 11 years old) loved it! We had incredible views of both the ancient and modern city. Then our trip to Olympia was soooo smooth that my son said “I slept like a baby” Olympia was beautiful and walking around that historic site was the cherry on the top of the ice cream of our Greek trip. We did some wrestling in the Palestra and practice The Discobolus pose 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Christos was on time, had excellent recommendations and make our long day pass like a breeze!

Where to start about this amazing full day tour! Every second was memorable and our family highly enjoyed the entire day. Is the trip from Athens long? Yes, but so worth it! Our drivers were the incredible Chris and young Aris. Chris is extremely knowledgeable not just about Corinth and Olympia, but Greece and ancient history itself. Aris joined us as a trainee driver but let me assure you he is no novice to history and mythology. Their funny banter kept us entertained throughout the journey and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with them. I would definitely rebook with either of them again and recommend the tour and both Chris and Aris 1000%. Bravo gentleman on gaining us as your fans!

Chris is a god! From the moment I read his first text over breakfast (complete with a selfie) I knew we were in for a brilliant day. Chris is hilarious and has such a wealth of knowledge to share. Chris is such a people person and clearly loves what he does. The conversation flowed so naturally it was like travelling with a longtime friend. We talked about everything and anything, and laughed a lot. We had stops at the Corinth Canal and in Corinth itself to sightsee. We were given as much time as we wanted and told to text him whenever we wanted to be picked up and he would be there ready for us. On the way he even stopped by a local cake shop to pick up some traditional pastries for us to try, which were absolutely delicious! The over 3 hour drive to Ancient Olympia from Athens flew by as we enjoyed the beautiful countryside. Once we arrived we had a tasty snack in the clean and friendly cafe before exploring the 2 museums, then on to the site of the ruins itself. The area is massive, filled with beautiful columns, crumbling buildings and the large running field and stadium. We spent over 2 and a half hours walking around and taking some excellent photos. There were very few people there and it almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Then we were picked up by Chris and whisked back to Athens. We had a comfort break on the way back and again Chris surprised us with some snacks for the journey. The vehicle was very comfortable with A/C and plenty of bottled water to combat the heat outside. We were back in Athens and at the doorstep of our hotel before we knew it. It was a fantastic experience and a real highlight of our holiday. Ancient Olympia was something that we were looking forward to seeing but the superstar of the day was Chris, he went above and beyond all expectations and if I could give him more than a 5 star review I would! Absolute legend 😊
