Jorge was the perfect guide. His historical knowledge was superb and his love for the city shone through everything which was wonderful. The tour lasted for 2 hours and was an easy and relaxing walk. The group photo was quite lovely and his offer of help should we need it whilst in Porto was very kind.
This was the perfect introduction to Porto! We learned so much! Jorge was a fantastic guide. The information he provided covered Porto's history in an engaging way with a sprinkle of humour throughout. Delightful. In addition to historic buildings, we visited a tile store and received historical information about the art of tile making. At the end of the tour a photograph was taken and we were provided with an email that included the picture and recommendations for places to eat. In short, the tour provided valuable information that guided a number of activities we enjoyed during our trip - things we would likely not have known about if we had not signed up for this tour.
Nice tour and introduction to the city. It moved at a good pace and Flilipe was very good explaining all the landmarks and giving his recommendations. I would highly recommend this tour especially with Felipe.
The tour with Monica was amazing! She was funny, entertaining, and full of great information. Her love for Porto is apparent in the way she expresses herself. She kept everyone’s attention and made the whole tour feel fun and relaxed. She took us to all the top spots and gave us many useful tips along the way — what’s actually worth seeing, what you can skip, which attractions are free, and which ones you need to pay for. It was especially helpful having someone who knew the city and could point out things we probably would have missed on our own. She stopped in perfect view of the sight and gave you ample time to take pictures while she explained. At the end of the tour, Monica even sent us a list of her recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, fado, and other tours. We had such a great time and I would absolutely recommend Monica to anyone visiting. Taking a tour with her is a must — you won’t regret it!
Felipe was an excellent guide. He provided historical context in a way that was engaging, honest, and easy to follow. He also a provided a wonderful list of restaurant recommendations at the end of the tour.
Filipe was a great tour leader. He is very good at engaging people, clearly knows the history of the country and city was very encouraging of and responsive to questions. The tour itself was great- about 2 1/4 hours around the major historical sites including a very scenic walk across the river on a bridge designed by Gustave Eiffel (of the tour fame). We highly recommend Filipe as a tour leader.
Felipe was an excellent guide with vast amounts of knowledge about Porto which he explained brilliantly using some humour. The meeting was the only thing that confused me as there was no obvious way to see which of the many English speaking guides we were meant to meet up with as none of them had any signs. Still not sure we ended up in the right group, but a great tour and I’m glad we ended up with Felipe
We chose this tour based on reviews. Very happy we did. It was easy to find the meeting spot. Our tour guide was Monica. She was very friendly and inclusive. She provided us with the history and added tips. During our tour she also bought everyone a delicious pastel de nata (Portuguese custard tart) . At the end of the tour she gave many recommendations for good and affordable food options and sites. Please remember to bring cash as the guides depend on tips as tour is free. Thank you Monica for a great experience.

Very informative tour guide but the group was far too big, hard to keep with whole group on the move and despite the microphone it was difficult to hear with group size
