We would like to clarify a few important points regarding the trip: • The Cairo excursion from Hurghada is a long-distance journey for each way. Travel time can vary depending on traffic conditions, security checkpoints, and passenger pickups from different hotels along the route. • The transfer between vehicles was part of the transportation logistics organized by the operating company on that day. This procedure is occasionally necessary to optimize routes and ensure that guests from different areas can join the excursion safely and efficiently. • Regarding the additional transfer charge, this was not a charge for the excursion itself, but for the hotel pickup and return service from your specific location. This information was communicated and agreed upon before the reservation was finalized. • We understand your concerns regarding the condition of the second coach. While transportation is provided by licensed local operators, we have forwarded your comments regarding the seats, cleanliness, and comfort directly to the transportation department for review and improvement. We are pleased that despite the transportation concerns, the excursion itself included the full Cairo program, professional guiding services, visits to the Pyramids and historical sites, and all services that were advertised and booked.
