However, we would like to clarify several important points regarding the itinerary and what was actually provided. 1. THE PAPYRUS VISIT WAS INCLUDED AND THE GUEST DID VISIT THE PAPYRUS GALLERY We would like to clarify an important point regarding the papyrus visit. The guest did visit the papyrus shop/gallery during the Cairo excursion. This is a large specialized papyrus gallery where visitors can see demonstrations and learn about the traditional production of papyrus, as well as view and purchase papyrus artwork. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding about what was meant by “Papyrus Museum.” Some guests may expect a conventional archaeological museum displaying ancient papyrus pieces and historical artifacts. The papyrus visit included in our program is a specialized papyrus gallery/shop, not a separate archaeological museum. Therefore, the statement that the papyrus visit was completely omitted does not correspond with the actual program provided. 2. THE CAIRO SIGHTSEEING PROGRAM During the excursion, the guests visited Old Cairo, including a church and mosque, the Egyptian Museum at Tahrir, the papyrus gallery, the Pyramids and the Sphinx. These visits are part of the organized Cairo program. We understand that individual guests may have different expectations regarding the type of attraction they will see, but the papyrus gallery visit was not randomly removed from the itinerary. 3. THE RETURN TRANSFER TO HURGHADA The return journey from Cairo to Hurghada is a long-distance shared transfer with several hotel drop-offs. The order of the drop-offs can vary depending on the passengers staying at different hotels. Regarding the driver passing the hotel and then returning after being contacted, we understand that this was inconvenient for the guests. However, the driver did return to their hotel after completing the other scheduled passenger drop-offs. 4. THE TOTAL JOURNEY TIME We acknowledge that the overall journey was very long. Cairo from Hurghada is a full-day excursion, and the final return time can be affected by traffic, road conditions, convoy procedures, and multiple hotel drop-offs. A long return journey can understandably be tiring, but this does not mean that the itinerary itself was randomly changed. 5. COMMUNICATION WITH OUR TEAM We also want to address the claim that our team called the guests “liars” and then stopped responding. This is not the way we expect our customer service team to communicate with guests. We take complaints seriously and are always willing to review booking confirmations, messages and other evidence. If the guest has screenshots or other correspondence relating to this conversation, we would be happy to review them and investigate exactly what was communicated. 6. OUR COMMITMENT TO TRANSPARENCY We respect the guest's right to share their experience, but we also believe it is important to clarify factual points when a review contains information that does not match the service provided. The perfumes/papyrus shop was visited, the main Cairo sightseeing stops were completed, and the return transfer was provided to the hotel. We are sorry that the experience did not match the guest's expectations, particularly regarding what they expected from the papyrus visit and the length of the return journey. Regarding Canary Hostel and the transportation arrangements: Canary Hostel is located on narrow streets that are difficult for a large tour bus to access safely, both when arriving and departing. For this reason, our management arranged a smaller vehicle to collect you from the hostel and transfer you to the main tour bus at the appropriate meeting point. The same arrangement was provided on the return journey. This was done entirely for logistical and safety reasons, and you were not charged any additional amount for this transfer. All additional transportation costs were covered by our company. Regarding the Tutankhamun collection: As is widely known, Egypt currently has two major museums relevant to this program: the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) and the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir. The collection of Tutankhamun’s artifacts has been transferred to the Grand Egyptian Museum. We offer our guests different museum options according to the available tour programs, and each customer is free to select the option that best suits their preferences. In your case, the tour was arranged according to the option selected at the time of booking, which was the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir. Therefore, the itinerary followed your original booking selection. Regarding the Papyrus and Essential Oils/Spices visits: Both the Papyrus Institute and the Essential Oils/Spices visit are included as part of the tour program. However, depending on the circumstances of the day and the time available for the overall itinerary, there may occasionally be limited time for these visits. In such situations, guests may be given the choice between visiting the Papyrus Institute or the Essential Oils and Spices shop. This decision is always left to the guests themselves, and the tour guide follows their preference. In most cases, when the schedule allows sufficient time, both visits are included. Eine **Kairo-Tagesreise ab Hurghada ist aufgrund der Entfernung eine sehr lange Reise**. Die angegebene Dauer bezieht sich auf den gesamten Ausflug und kann je nach Verkehr, Straßenbedingungen, Pausen und den verschiedenen Hotelstopps variieren. **7. Unser Fahrer** Vielen Dank dafür, dass Sie ausdrücklich erwähnt haben, dass unser **Fahrer der beste Teil des Teams** für Sie war. Dieses Lob geben wir sehr gerne weiter.
