We had the best time in Nassau by doing this excursion. The boat ride out to the island was a bit long (45 minutes) and was pretty choppy but also a lot of fun. When we got to the island there was plenty of room for us to hang out -- we ended up finding a day bed to make our base. Drinks were REALLY strong and all you could drink, and the food was delicious. We watched the pigs come out and swim with other people (we didn't purchase that part) and they were really cute. The water was gorgeous and warm enough to swim in. We would 100% recommend this trip to anyone -- if we are going back to Nassau we would do it again.

Wonder family experience
Great family attraction, exceeded all expectations. Our children’s ages ranged from 4 to 17, they all had an amazing day. The entire experience was made so personal from the start! The guides took time to make sure our 4 year olds & 8 year old had their own personal experiences with the pigs after the main event, this in itself was so meaningful to us! The crew sang and danced, even took selfies, it was a great time! The view was gorgeous. Plenty of options to relax and no reason to be among any crowd with the various places to lounge. Lunch was provided and tasty. The timeline was kept and no rush to make it back to the ship! Great time had by all! Special shout out to MJ from his girls- Alaina and Addison. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of this mom’s heart to Gigi, for all she did to make my son’s day! 💙 (Ian’s shirt). We highly recommend to every family!

If you are looking for a fun time, beautiful water, cute pigs, and great food this is the excursion for you. The crew is AMAZING. They are humorous, gracious, and make the experience even better. The crew cares about the guests, and also the pigs! The pigs are sweet and happy. The island is beautiful and the food is filling. I could not recommend booking with this crew enough.

Very disappointed
We scheduled a port pick up and drop off, no location listed ticket for where to meet up with driver, asked workers, taxi driver, etc nobody knew where they normally pick up, plus 3 workers tried calling the phone number on our tickets and guess what no answer. So we went to end of port and out the gate and asked boat captains and they said near Senior Frogs under green awning. The cost was alone for our port pickup was $40 per person and we had 3 reservations for total of $120, and get this it only about 3 block walk from port, such a ripe off and then we could find the destinated pickup location. Plus the food on Rose Island was not that great and the all inclusive side we picked for more money and included alcohol, does not include the pigs interaction another bummer if you like animals.

Ser, the pigs are not advertised as included. The official inclusions list boat ride, lunch, domestic open bar, snorkeling, paddleboards, beach access and facilities—no pig interaction. However, Viator stupidly highlights a customer review mentioning “swimming with pigs,” which could create confusion for someone who barely reads. The listing also carries the Da Pig Beach name. Still, assumption is not the same as an advertised inclusion. Current Viator listing
I would ask Viator to remove that pig-related review from the highlighted section and add “Pig interaction is not included” under exclusions.

However, for clarity, detailed instructions and a pinned location were sent multiple times before departure through both email and WhatsApp. Our 24/7 automated assistant also provides the pickup location and alternative contact numbers. We always recommend saving these instructions before leaving the ship, particularly when travelling without mobile service.
Cruise-port pickup is an optional convenience selected during booking. Guests may instead meet directly at our downtown departure dock beside Señor Frog’s, which is within walking distance of the port and is communicated as the alternative meeting option.
We must also clarify that the experience booked was our Sip & Sea all-inclusive beach escape—not our swimming-pigs package. Its published inclusions are the boat ride, private beach access, Bahamian lunch, domestic open bar, snorkeling gear, paddleboards and beach facilities. Pig interaction is not listed as included and is offered separately on the property. “All-inclusive” refers to the food, drinks and amenities specifically listed with the selected package, not every optional experience available on-site.
We are sorry the lunch was not to your personal taste and appreciate that feedback. However, it is equally important to clarify the booking details and the information provided for future travellers.

Refund to to tour cancelled
The tour was canceled, due to rain and lightning. The tour operator offered a full refund, which I still hasn’t received. I sent the Tour Operator several text concerning my refund and they are non-responsive. I would appreciate the Viator company intervening and getting my refund.

We’d like to clarify an important point here. Your tour was cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, and we submitted your full refund request to Viator the very next day.
Once a refund is submitted through Viator, the actual processing and release of the funds is handled by their system. Unfortunately, in this case, it appears the refund was not processed as it should have been.
We completely understand your frustration about waiting for your money, but it is disappointing to see our company described as unresponsive or unwilling to refund when we had already taken the required action on our end. We would certainly appreciate the situation being represented accurately while Viator resolves the processing issue.

Da pig island
The place was beautiful the people were friendly, kind and helpful. The only reason I’m not putting 5 star is because the bar was not fully stocked, and the bar tender was on her phone and very detached.

Did Not Want This to End!!!!!
This excursion was AMAZING! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Everyone was so nice and accommodating during our entire trip. The lunch was good and the drinks were plentiful! The views are unbeatable and the time spent in the water was absolutely AMAZING!!! We got to watch the people who booked the pigs excursion, which was fun to see! We did not want this day to end!!!! We will be back!
