地元のケバブの飲食店やパン屋を這いずり回り、アイランでターキッシュピザを洗い、イスタンブール郊外でトルコ紅茶でミッドドルイースタンのセカンドノベルデザートを試食。 地元の人がどこに住んでいて、買い物をして、どうやって食べているのかを観察する。 新鮮なトルコの薄皮ピザが地元のパン屋からどのように作られているかを学び、もちろん本物の炭ケバブで自分のラップパイドパンを巻く。

グランドバザール近くの旧市街のチェンベリタシュトラム駅の隣にある古代ローマの柱であるチェンベリタシュ（バーンコラム）の前で待ち合わせ、イスタンブールのアクサライ郊外へのトラム（15分移動）に乗ります。

What a gastronomic delight!! Burak stuffed us with the most delicious street food! We visited a conservative residential suburb of Istanbul 4 metro stops from old town: NO Tourists. We saw the men with their hooks and backgammon in the parks as we walked from Donner to Kebeb to pide with lamb. Yum!!!!
I highly recommend this tour! Burak is an awesome guide and an all around super nice person! No one will be disappointed with spending time with Burak enjoying good food and just learning more about Instanbul and the Turkish culture!
We had a wonderful time with our guide Burak. He took us to the non-tourist places where the locals hang out. He explained the local dishes and went out of his way to make sure we had a good time and was very accommodating. The best value for money food tour in Istanbul. Highly recommended.
