Great sake brewery tour
I have visited many sake breweries with various guides. Today was special. We could visit areas of this brewery that most breweries keep off limits. The guide and brewery staff went into more details than others usually do. I felt their passion The sake tasted fantastic.

Step into the creation process and try some of Japan's finest sake
A very informative tour, that will lead you through history of sake making, up until the modern process at the local brewery. Every step is interestingly explained and you are able to even try and taste the different stages of sake.

visited a sake brewery and saw how to make sake
We visited a sake brewery and saw many of the tools and equipment used in the brewing process. The owner gave very detailed explanations, and the interpreter was also very attentive in assisting with translation and additional introductions. The visual, picture-based explanations made everything easy to understand.
We also tasted several kinds of sake, and the ones produced at the brewery were exceptionally good. I highly recommend buying some!

unforgettable experience, totally worth it, long history brewery,
It was such a memorable visit! Everyone at the brewery was super professional, and the interpreter did a great job too. They explained the sake-making process in a really clear way and answered all our questions patiently. The other two staff members who guided us were also really friendly and easy to talk to, and could speak both English and Japanese. The three sake samples we tried at the end were so good that I just couldn’t stop myself from buying a bottle before leaving. I’m pretty sure I’ll be coming back to AMAZURYU brewery again!
