Nice efficient way to capture key highlights of Nagoya city. Our guide, Kumi Mori San was excellent, very well organized, knowledgeable and helpful. She took many photos for us and gave us very clear explanations of every sight we visited, that made the tour much more interesting and complete. Indeed a memorable experience.

Walked around Shubuya area visiting two restaurants and had a ‘dessert’ standing in a food court. The guide was very good, friendly and knowledgeable. I marked my rating down from five to four stars as it wasn’t good value for the cost of the tour and the small samples of food served. Food was delicious and we had two drinks which were included. However, we were still hungry at the end. The tour was worth doing but don’t expect to have a full meal.

My family and I have visited Japan before, specifically Osaka and Fukuoka, but we decided on Nagoya for this vacation. Since it was our first time there, we wanted to experience the city's main attractions. We booked this all-around tour to see Nagoya's highlights, including Nagoya Castle, the Osu Shopping District, and Oasis 21. For transportation, we mostly used the subway and bought an all-day pass, which was very convenient for traveling between locations. The pacing was great, and the tour is flexible, as you can request a different sequence of stops depending on your starting point or if you want extra time at specific spots, like the Osu Shopping District, which definitely rewards a longer look around with its plentiful shops. What really elevated the experience was our guide, Kumi-san. She was very knowledgeable, sharing both history and local insights. She was also very helpful in suggesting local cuisine and the most efficient ways to reach the spots we wanted to visit afterward. Overall, this tour is an excellent, comprehensive introduction to Nagoya. I highly recommend asking your guide for tips on other places to visit and how to get there!
