Good reliable driver and nice but he pickup disorganzied
When we arrived we had to call the provider to get the pick up arranged. We were expecting since we had provided all the information that the driver would be waiting with our name at the baggage exit hall. Instead no one was there and we have to call and try to get them to send a driver which ended up taking over 45 min extra

Apologies for the delay in pick-up. The pickup was disorganised due to the technical issues with the Viator application. For the period of one month, I have not been able to log in to my Viator account to see the request details. In regard to your case, we were lucky to have a car available and organise a pickup after your call.

On time, friendly, professional
Hany is just amazing. As soon as I walked out of the airport I saw him there waiting with a sign and a big smile. He was professional yet friendly. The car was well maintained and clean. He even had a bottle of water ready for all the guests. Highly recommend

Perfect
Fantastic, we were greeted with our name sign right at the airport exit. Friendly driver and superbly equipped vehicle.

Excellent service despite my flight delayed a couple hours!
My flight arrived in Hurghada two hours late, but the transportation provider was excellent with WhatsApp communication and still had a driver waiting for me with a sign. He safely, quickly got me to my hotel at Soma Bay. Cheers!

Excellent service
Good organization and excellent service. The driver was waiting for us at the airport on time with a sign with our name on it. He gave us iced water, a clean car, and a courteous and educated driver. I recommend it

Absolutely amazing - best service and attitude ever
I booked this transfer for my two adult children who has never been to Egypt and who are not well travelled - so I was concern and keen that everything had to go well. The other snag was that they were arriving on a domestic flight, but their luggage was tagged as international. At Hurghada airport passengers would arrive at Terminal 2, but for international arrival you then have to be escorted to the international arrivals hall to collect your luggage. Informed them about this and got a quick response to tell me its no problem. Well when my kids arrived they were there waiting and then to top it all, I even received a message when they were dropped at their hotel to tell me that are safe and sound - incredible!

Absolutely Excellent - Myhurghadatravel.
I booked this from South Africa for my children who were going on holiday in Egypt (they are not well travelled). Well I was not disappointed! On time, professional and even mailed me to tell me that they are safe - Excellent!! Thank you MyHurghadaTravel!

Perfect:)
We were already received by name at the exit of the airport.
There was something to drink right after the long flight and the ride went quickly and without problems within the hip time to the
Hotel.
