シュタウプバッハの滝への散歩は、ラウターブルンネンで最も象徴的でやりがいのある散歩の1つであり、あらゆる年齢層の訪問者に最適です。 村の中心からスタートして、花が咲き誇る草原とスイスの伝統のシャレーを緩やかに進み、谷の両側には切り立った石灰岩の崖がそびえ立っています。 歩くと駆け出す水の音が大きくなり、滝に向かって案内してくれます。 シュタウプバッハの滝は、張り出した崖から300メートル近くの高さに落ちており、ヨーロッパで最も高い自由落下滝の1つとなっている。 短いトレイルでは滝の裏側を歩くことができ、岩壁の内側から爽やかで忘れられない景色を楽しむことができます。 徒歩は片道約15～20分と短く、簡単で、信じられないほど景色が良い。 沿線のベンチは、ラウターブルンネン渓谷ののどかな雰囲気を楽しみながら、一呼吸置いて写真を撮ったり、ただただただただ楽しんだりするように誘う。

We had a wonderful time and the all day tour was just perfect especially if you don’t have a lot of time in Switzerland. We were able to cover all the great places to visit. Thanks to David being welcoming, for doing such a great job giving us all the historical facts/info about the different towns/villages we visited. He was also good with providing us strict/specific details about the time/schedules so we can all enjoy the itinerary at each location stops. I would definitely recommend this tour 👍

I give it 4.5 because it was an amazing tour. It is a Nice bus, beautiful amazing areas, nice staff, and everything on schedule. However, I will give it 5 if we had just 15-30 minutes more in each of the 3 destinations to have time to complete the attraction in each location. We were literally running and quickly going through the attraction to be able to go back on time to the bus. I also suggest to add a phone charging plug in each seat. Most buses have that usually. Thank you we had a great time and highly recommend the tour for people who can run around to see things.

Good trip overall but there was unclear instructions about pick up in lauterbrunnen. We couldn’t find the pick up point there was a few people who also couldn’t and within a few minutes they left without us all. They also said it was 5.30 leave in interlaken but they left at 5 so there was lots of empty seats on the bus in the way home. The guide was ok but the bus driver was a total pervert. He told me I had a perfect figure and asked if I would bend over so he could take a photo of my bum and legs.

This tour was mainly drive us to a spot. Let us off and we’re on our own for hour or two hours. That’s all it was.

The trip was good. There is no counter at the Zurich bus station to guide you, but you just have to look for the bus, which is recognizable. Be on time.

If you are simply looking for a bus ride to these destinations, fine. If you are looking for a guide who will talk about the country and point out sites along the way, as well as give you clear instructions and tell you about the places you’re visiting, this is not the one you want. The description of the tour should have been explicit that it was not a guided trip.

Extremely disappointing experience and unacceptable customer service. I was only a few minutes late due to severe traffic caused by an accident a situation completely outside my control. The moment I realized I would be delayed, I proactively contacted customer service hoping they would help me find a solution so I could still join the tour. Instead of receiving support, empathy, or even basic guidance, I was met with complete indifference. I was simply told that they did not know anything and that I should contact the service provider I booked through. This response was unacceptable and showed a complete lack of ownership and customer care. What makes this even more frustrating is that there were still realistic options available. I could have arranged alternative transport and joined the tour in Lucerne, where other passengers were being picked up. However, no effort was made to assist, advise, or help me explore any alternatives. I was effectively left on my own despite reaching out in advance. I understand that tours operate on schedules and policies, but good customer service is measured by how customers are treated when unexpected situations happen. In this case, there was no flexibility, no empathy, and no genuine attempt to help. This experience left me feeling ignored, unsupported, and deeply disappointed. Based on how this situation was handled, I would seriously reconsider booking with this company again and would encourage others to carefully consider the level of customer support they can expect.

While we are unable to delay a tour for late arrivals, we did offer you the opportunity to reschedule your booking as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, joining the tour en route was not operationally possible.
