I used a tour operator for the reservation because the official site didn't have any availability for the day. I had some problems downloading the app, the customer service was very helpful and fast in helping me. It's worth visiting all the sites in Piazza dei Miracoli, especially Camposanto and the Basilica. If you cannot book in advance, it's a good idea trying with different tour operators because they might have some tickets reserved for their clients, but, in general it's cheaper to use the city official site. If you're visiting Pisa it's a must seeing the Tower and its surrounding area.

An extraordinary experience! The tower is absolutely spectacular, nothing like it! It was easy getting our bags into the cloakroom which was very safe. There’s no space for bags when climbing the tower, even smaller handbags, so be mindful to drop everything off before queuing up at the entrance. The line wasn’t long at all, within 5 mins we were inside. The ticket we bought gave us entrance to all the buildings in the area. It was a wonderful afternoon out, great little restaurants nearby too. Must visit!

When you get there, go past the tower to the information building. Or else, you'll be lost trying to find help or guidance.

This is a walk about on your own. It does not guarantee entrance to each attraction. The audio is only for the Tower of Pisa. Be sure to drop your bags at the luggage building using you ticket prior to entering the tower.

Really easy to navigate, excellent experience, worth every cent, more expensive at the venue and climbing tower must be pre booked so this option is perfect
We were early. We could not find where to get the tickets we asked many people around and no one could tell us. So we came on a train and had to turn around and go home. Need more instructions,maybe a sign someone is holding with a name. We have been on several tours and the only one missed
It was very easy to use and it was great to skip the long entry line. I definitely recommend getting this!
The timed entrance ticket is a great idea as you avoid queues and go in at that time. The audio is informative and useful but I was too busy watching myself and others going up the steps as they were quite slippy and it was extremely hot so stopped it in the end as I could not concentrate. I listened to it afterwards to gain an invite into the tower, The included access to the other 5 attractions is good and worth the money and I would not have paid for tickets individually so was extra for us. Information/passes etc all sent in time by operator so can’t fault. Thank you.
The ticket was easily accessed electronically and easily scanned for entry for each location. The address was also posted on confirmation and this helped with directions.
My ticket included English guide for the leaning tower but there was no one for English guide - very disappointing!
