The tour and event was great. The booking experience was terrible . The tickets wouldn't download inspite of viator saying they did. Very stressful

Would not book with this company again. Tried to request a refund. Email's won't send
The ticket would not let us into the tower. The app would not work. Other people had the same problem .

Great Buildings, audio download did not work
The entry ticket was excellent value and covered a lot of interesting sites. The timed entry worked well.
The only negative was that the audio download did not action, so that portion of the visit was non-existent, having paid a significant amount for it.
This is the reason for a 5-Star review dropping to 3-Star

Amazing experience to be in the presence of such wonderful historical structures.
It was wonderful to see the leaning tower of Pisa, including walking up to the top and walking inside surrounding historical structures. Wonderful feeling to experience all that and thank you to Wanderung Guides for providing and making it so easy for us to experience this amazing attraction.

Last minute visit to Pisa masterpiece
I used a tour operator for the reservation because the official site didn't have any availability for the day. I had some problems downloading the app, the customer service was very helpful and fast in helping me.
It's worth visiting all the sites in Piazza dei Miracoli, especially Camposanto and the Basilica.
If you cannot book in advance, it's a good idea trying with different tour operators because they might have some tickets reserved for their clients, but, in general it's cheaper to use the city official site.
If you're visiting Pisa it's a must seeing the Tower and its surrounding area.

Extraordinary climb up the tower!
An extraordinary experience! The tower is absolutely spectacular, nothing like it!
It was easy getting our bags into the cloakroom which was very safe. There’s no space for bags when climbing the tower, even smaller handbags, so be mindful to drop everything off before queuing up at the entrance. The line wasn’t long at all, within 5 mins we were inside. The ticket we bought gave us entrance to all the buildings in the area. It was a wonderful afternoon out, great little restaurants nearby too. Must visit!

One Hour Tour
When you get there, go past the tower to the information building. Or else, you'll be lost trying to find help or guidance.

Timed entrance to the Tower of Pisa
This is a walk about on your own. It does not guarantee entrance to each attraction. The audio is only for the Tower of Pisa. Be sure to drop your bags at the luggage building using you ticket prior to entering the tower.

Must do experience
Really easy to navigate, excellent experience, worth every cent, more expensive at the venue and climbing tower must be pre booked so this option is perfect

My experience
We were early. We could not find where to get the tickets we asked many people around and no one could tell us. So we came on a train and had to turn around and go home. Need more instructions,maybe a sign someone is holding with a name. We have been on several tours and the only one missed
