Impeccable service: punctuality, friendliness, car proposed, pleasant driver and gentle driving. Very good experience, I recommend.
Bien cordialement, l'équipe Groupe Blue Van Paris
Driver was waiting in arrivals area with my full name on placard. Walked us swiftly through airport to waiting van which was large, comfy and clean. Driver was professional and courteous. Made our transfer from airport to our Airbnb extremely easy after a day of travel Worth the price! Would definitely use again.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re glad to hear your transfer was smooth and that our driver made your arrival easy and comfortable. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to see you again soon!
Reliable, on-time, courtious. You reserve ahead of time and the driver is waiting for you with your name on a screen. I am a satisfied returning customer for a ride from CDG Airport to downtown Paris.
Thank you very much, Gaëtan, for your loyalty. We are glad to know that punctuality and courtesy always meet your expectations and we look forward to welcoming you again in Paris.
Picked up on time. Driver contacted me on arrival. The car was spotless and the drive was very comfortable. The driver was very pleasant.

Excellent service, right on time, safe and quiet drive, despite heavy traffic and jams on highway due to a strike. Overall very professional.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're glad our team could provide a smooth and professional transfer despite the challenging traffic. We truly appreciate your trust and hope to serve you again soon!
Very good services, easy to contact by email/WhatsApp and fast response to customers. My flight was emergency cancelled, but Bluvan allowed me to change the time of pick-up without additional charge. But 1 point decrease because my driver arrived late for 15-20 minutes. However, I recommend BluVan.
Thank you for your thoughtful review and for recommending BluVan! We're glad you appreciated our flexibility and customer support. We apologize for the delay and will work to improve this aspect. We hope to welcome you again for an even smoother experience!
