Very disappointed. The driver let us walk for more than 15 minutes with our luggages due to road closures eventhough there is another way to drop us in front of the hotel.
we have taken all the measures to drop you in front of the hotel. All we wanted to do is to provide convenience. Road closures are force majeure and it is not in our control we truly apologies. You could have given better rating. If this was a mistake of driver we could agree with your rating. Really disgusting cleaning at the airport and especially in the toilets. Paper, tight toilet and looked like you got into the slum area

Missed connecting flight to Copenhagen and still charged for transportation we never received. We did call viator 24 hours before, told them of problem and Viator spokesperson said we would be refunded money. Never got it. Have no faith in their service and can't recommend the out fit as reliable.
Flight was changed many times due to airline issues. Choose driver was informed of all these changes as they occurred upon final arrival to our destination. Contact a driver gave us strange instructions. And when we called back, he just hung up on us. I would not recommend this company at all .

This review details my experience with Limowide, I booked 2 transfer from Copenhagen Airport to my hotel and back. While the driver themself was professional and the transfers were completed, the lack of communication throughout the process was incredibly frustrating. Limowide failed to provide crucial driver details in a timely manner. I was forced to contact them multiple times in the days leading up to my trip through various channels (Viator, website, Twitter) to obtain this crucial information. This unnecessary hassle significantly added to the stress of my trip. Knowing the driver's details beforehand is essential for a smooth airport transfer, especially in a foreign country. Limowide's lack of communication caused unnecessary anxiety and wasted time during a period that should have been relaxing. Recommendation: I cannot recommend Limowide due to their poor communication practices. Travelers seeking a reliable and stress-free transfer experience should consider other options.
Driver met us just outside customs, and had an easy to spot sign. He was helpful, polite, and the van was spotless.
