Our driver was punctual
Our driver (Waseem) was very punctual. He was already there 30mins in advance waiting for us. The drive to our destination was smooth and relaxing.

Excellent airport to hotel service
The company communicated with me via WhatsApp giving me the confirmation with the drivers name and phone number. On our arrival to the Copenhagen airport I had a message w/photo of where the driver would be waiting just as we came through passport control into the arrival terminal. There he was with our name on a tablet! It was excellent service and stress free when coming into a new airport in another country. The Mercedes van was clean and our airport to hotel drive was efficient and seamless. Thank you!

Great driver
Naim, our driver, was very professional in his appearance and also his driving. The car, or should I say van, was more than we needed; it could seat six, and there were only the two of us. Yes, we had a total of six checked luggage pieces, but three of them could have easily sat in the back seat with us if the trunk could not handle all of our bags. We have frequently used private cars, including a Mercedes S-Class, and never had an issue with our bags.

Exceptional transfer experience
Exceptional experience with my transfer. Communication was superior to the norm and the transfer was seamless from point to point.

Naim is the best
We had a delay at the airport, we waited too long in immigration and then had to get our luggage and Naim our driver waited patiently for us! With a smile too!!
M
Punctual and cordial
We were informed the day before about the driver going to catch us. We were given a name and a phone number.
