Christina was so lovely, and gave a really great tour! My kids were tired and cranky, and she was so patient with them and explained things at their level. Absolutely recommend!
We had a great time with Alessia seeing the city and learning more about it. Our daughter (7) was engaged the whole time and enjoyed the scavenger hunt along the way. Alessia was super knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. She was also friendly and flexible. Highly recommend!
Martina was by far the best tour guide that we had in Italy! We appreciated her energy and the way that she brought Florence to life for us! She was also helpful in getting us in to the museum to see The Statue of David before the museum closed early for the day. Our 11 year old daughter, who does not typically like tours, raved about Martina. We highly recommend Martina!

Cristina was a wonderful tour guide for our family, aged 7 to 70. She immediately engaged with our granddaughter and won her over with her kindness. She shared much interesting history along with some legends and lore as we walked around Florence. The scavenger hunt was fun for our young one. We all agreed she was the perfect guide and highly recommend her.
We (family of 2 adults and 2 girls age 10 and 13) had a great time with Cristina! She's really a kind person with a lot of knowledge of Florence but more important very easy going and entertaining!
We had a wonderful tour on our first evening in Florence with Michele. He has amazing energy and passion for history and art and was a great storyteller. We all enjoyed spending time with him and learned so much! He was one of our favorite tour guides on a several week vacation around Europe. Highly recommend!
Tour was cancelled on me 2 hours before we were scheduled to meet which threw a wrench in our day since we had no chance of booking another tour by that time. no explanation given and no compensation offered for our inconvenience. I would find a more reliable tour that won’t cancel on you at the last second and throw your day into chaos.

Prior to the date of the tour, Dina provided excellent communication regarding the meeting place and what to expect on the tour. Dina met me at our hotel right on time. Originally, the tour was to include my wife but we made the mistake of touring the Boboli Gardens the day before and she had blisters on her feet. For English speaking guests, rest assured, Dina speaks perfect English. Dina was full of interesting stories and facts about the Oltrarno area and the Medici family. She took me to a few local artisans to describe their goods and process. Dina has a great personality and the time went by too fast. Going to a new area with a guide like Dina adds so much more to the experience. You can’t go wrong by using Dina for your tour. I highly recommend Dina for tours.
Dina was warm and quickly made our two kids comfortable. She ensured that she connected with them on their level (sometimes literally squatting down to their eye level) and engaged them with questions. Dina also provided enough information for the adults to be entertained, and gave us a lot of recommendations to do with the kids while we’re in town. I would definitely recommend Dina for anyone looking for a personalized and engaging tour!
