The wonderful Ilaria led our family on a visit to see The David (with a minimal wait), and then a walk around the treasures of Florence. We had the most wonderful time. It was engaging for the children (aged 8-14) and the adults. We learnt so much about sculpture, and the history of the city. We took part in a very fun parents vs children quiz, which we kindly let the kids win. Ilaria took us to places we would have never found by ourselves, and paced the tour with a much needed gelato stop. I highly recommend this tour, and would book something different from the same operator next time we return.

Best private family tours
One of the best family friendly tours we had in Italy, our guide Giulia kept our kids (15 and 10yo) engaged the whole time, even in the mist a heat wave and tons of walking. She was knowledgeable, funny and very resourceful with games and even had a little price for the kids at the end of it. Highly recommend any tours with Raphael. We actually did three of them and they were all amazing!

Fantastic Kid Friendly Tour
This was a fantastic tour with Martina as our guide. We brought our 2 kids ages 9 and 6 and Martina did an excellent job in helping keep them engaged and teach us all about the many sights we saw. The kids enjoyed the interactive question game about the Mediccee family, Michelangelo, and the Palazzos we were seeing. It added a ton of depth to our experience and we are very happy with our choice.

Great for the whole family
Giulia was fantastic. She kept the whole family engaged for the full 2.5 hours. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

For kids and adults
We had a great time on our private tour with Guilia - she was incredibly well informed, fun, flexible and answered so many questions. Our 11 year old daughter had fun with the treasure hunt. You could see her passion for history!

Our experience
This tour is very fun and interesting! You get to learn about all the historical art, dating back to centuries ago. It is also very family-friendly, and it can be enjoyable for any age that is willing to hear about our history through paintings, sculptures, symbols and more! The tour guide we had kept it interesting by playing a game with our family, keeping us entertained the whole time. I recommend trying this tour! (Written by our kids, ages 10 and 13)

Martina is marvelous
Martina was excellent, and the tour itself couldn’t have been better. Our kids are NOT museum types, but they were (mostly) attentive and we all learned a ton. Martina kept it moving and read the room very well. We stopped for gelato, and she makes the whole tour an interactive game/scavenger hunt. This is a must for a brief but very informative history of the Medici family, Michelangelo, etc. Don't sleep on this one!!

Excellent Tour of Florence with Martina!
Our family (two adults and two boys aged 8 and 10) had a fantastic time touring Florence with Martina. We all learned so much and she kept the children engaged for the entire 2+ hour tour. Martina was skilled at leading us past the crowds to get the best vantage points for David and to find shady spots to sit and admire the wonders of Florence. Highly recommend this tour for anyone with children!

Perfect tour for kids!
What a fun tour! Guilia was such a fun tour guide and made the whole thing so engaging for my kids. We all learned so much and I would absolutely recommend this tour for families!
