We did a private city tour and had the pleasure of having John as our guide. He is in the top 1% of all the guides we have had over the years. His knowledge of Singapore may be unmatched. For every question we had, John answered with an amazing and thoughtful story. Of course, we visited different neighborhoods, the botanical gardens, Times Square and then found time for chicken rice. Be sure to book John!
Jon was an amazing guide. So knowledgeable and fun. Wonderful way to explore Singapore and have a great time.
Guide was very accommodating and helpful in explaining the city. If you want a custom tour of Singapore this is it! He also sings!
Excellent tour. I said that I didn't want to get out of the people carrier too much because I have bad knees and it was v hot and Jon tailored the day to what I wanted. In my experience, some guides say they do but they don't really listen. Jon let me choose what to do and was relaxed when I asked to stop for lunch in the air con! Very nice man. V knowledgeable and genuine.
Booked this tour 6+ months in advance. The guide, Stefan, canceled the night before and left us without a tour on our first day in Singapore. No other guides available. Very disappointing!

We completely understand how frustrating it must have felt to be left without a tour at the last minute. After reviewing the booking, we found that there was an unfortunate scheduling mix up. The host believed the tour had been rescheduled to a later time following earlier communication, but when it became clear that this did not align and rescheduling was no longer possible, the tour was cancelled. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and the impact this had on your plans. This is certainly not the experience we want for our guests, particularly at the start of a trip.
