I am rating this experience as ZERO. My flight was delayed by 3 hours. I informed the pre-booked driver as soon as I found out. But the company refused any refund, and is charging me full price even though I am not using their driver at all. Booking reference was 1446319819. There is no company name. I can now not get hold of anyone at TripAdvisor or Viator for any refund. Extremely bad customer service.

I used the Flybus to get from the airport to my hotel and then from my hotel back to the airport. It was a very convenient way to get to and from the airport and my hotel.

Great service and very convenient. Highly recommended. One improvement point, I saw pick up/drop off may leave a few minutes early. I think this could ruin somebody's plan. Would great to leave ontime

The bus itself was good. What I had an issue with is that we had to transfer to another bus to get to our final destination. With luggage that you had to haul yourself, was tiring. For our friend who is elderly and has back issues, this was not doable. He ended up forfeiting his reservation and took a taxi. And the delivery to the hotel was across the busy street with uneven road so pulling luggage was difficult. Not at all what I had expected when making the reservation.

The service is great, very convenient, and affordable. At the airport, I bought our tickets at the kiosk with option to be dropped off at our hotel. Once we got the receipt, we were able to get on the bus that was already waiting. It took us to the BSI Terminal in Reykjavik, and we transferred to a smaller bus that dropped us off at our hotel. For our return to the airport, I bought our tickets on the website the night before with a pickup outside our hotel. The bus came a few minutes early to pick us up, then it picked up other passengers before heading to the bus terminal, where we transferred to the larger bus that goes to the airport. The buses are clean, and the staff were very nice. Highly recommend this, especially to save money on airport transfers. I heard taxis are very expensive.

All good transfer wise, but what deserves the most compliments is their customer service. I called them 3 time during my trip for some confirmations and information and they were wonderfully helpful and supportive. And as a tip, get the tickets online; the price was lower even than purchasing at the BSI Terminal in Reykjavik.

Best to book in advance for more affordable tickets. Efficient, well organised service. Drop off point about 20 minutes walk from Centre.

Booked a transfer from Reykjavik to the airport the night before I needed it. Bus was easy to find, and the driver provided details on how to navigate the BSI terminal to reach our second bus. Note that from your hotel to the BSI you'll need to carry suitcases up into the bus and off at the transfer point. After that they ride under the bus. Be careful with booking from the airport to Reykjavik as sometimes flights get cancelled at the last minute and I think their cancellation policy is 24 hours notice.

Brand new, clean bus, easy to find at the airport. I would never consider a different transfer from Keflavik. Transfer to the local bus was immediate and easy. Highly recommended.

We used Flybus for our round-trip transfers between Keflavík Airport and Reykjavík, and the entire process could not have been smoother. Arriving in Iceland, the connection was straightforward, and we were dropped off right at Bus Stop 3 (Lækjargata), just a quick, easy walk from our hotel. For our return journey to the airport, the pick-up shuttle arrived promptly at the designated time, allowing plenty of time to catch our flight without any stress. Considering how expensive airport taxis can be in Iceland, Flybus is fantastic value for money. The coaches are comfortable, clean, and reliable. I would highly recommend Flybus+ to anyone looking for a reliable, budget-friendly transfer in Reykjavík!
