Premium package was completely worth it! 4 masks, cocktail, robe! The lagoon was huge with saunas, waterfalls and great staff! We had transfer from the city and it was hard to find our bus when it was time to go but another service offered us a ride.

The blue lagoon is a...
The blue lagoon is a massive party in a big warm lake, but there are quiet areas too. It's excellent fun. You cant really.take anything with you into the lake, but you dont need to. Leave everything except your robe (and your phone if you have one of those bags) in your locker.

Everyone should go at least once!
I was picked up on time. There was some confusion on my return ride. I had to walk a short distance. Everything at the lagoon was great.

Blue Lagoon was awesome. Transfers back to ship sucked
Trip from cruise terminal to bus terminal went well. Blue Lagoon was awesome. (Driving up it looked very industrial but lagoon was tucked in the lava rocks/hills).
Return journey was 1hr 25min 5-6 stops (like a city bus) for bus 1 to bus station then 10 min wait then 15 min to cruise terminal (1:45 min) travel time. This was not advertised but day before got messages alluding to multiple stops. Watch your on board time this could be very bad if you miss the ship.
Cruise ship passengers beware.

Fun, relaxing.
Excellent time. Great fun, relaxing. I can imagine it is crowded in the high season. The cage was also wonderful. I was very confused about the buses to take. None of the busses had the logo I was looking for.

Blue Lagoon
When you go to different countries and you really have a hard time finding pick up points, Viator is always with you! They create stress free travel always available for questions. The blue lagoon was fantastic!!!! I truly recommend it.

Nice ride
Not knowing what bus stop we should use to get on the bus, we went to the BSI bus lot and that worked great.

Soothing experience
Beautiful natural lagoon with very pleasant warm water. The facility is clean and very well equipped with separate cabins, many showers, and a towel service. There is a small restaurant with snacks for refreshments afterward.
The scheduled bus pickup times worked perfectly and were very well organized.
The price is on the high side, but justified as a package nonetheless.
Small tip: watch out for sunburn, even when it is cloudy.

Blue Lagoon Iceland
You don't need to book an excursion. You just need to book transport there and back as it is out of town. Allow 2 - 3hrs at the venue.
Reykjavik Excursions was just transport. They provided no information, nor did they have a guide to greet us & explain what to expect. They just drove us via bus to the Lagoon.
