Amazing experience overall. The food, views, friedliness and professionalism from staff was beautiful.

This tour did not disappoint! The boat was not crowded, which made for some really nice pictures. And the other reviews about the food were right--Delicious! Two notes of caution: When typing the address in, ignore the name of the boat company (just use King Street Wharf); otherwise, it will route you to their office (a mile away). Thankfully, we ran fast enough to catch the boat. Also, there are different types of bookings based on the third-party company used, so be sure the staff knows you booked thru Viator bc this includes some alcoholic beverages (see photo for inclusive beverages).

This is the second time that we have cruised with Journey Beyond and would do it again tomorrow. We did a lunch cruise and while they took the route to get the Opera house and bridge photo shots, we then turned around an went up the Parramatta River to Drummoyne. We enjoyed this route because it is not the standard one that the cruises take, making it a more unique experience. We like a sit down meal option rather than a buffet and it didn't disappoint. We also liked that you had a choice it was not just an alternatre serve situation. The size of the vessel and a maximum of 80 guests made it an ideal size with alot of room to move around on board.

My mum and our friends celebrated our Pre-Mother’s Day with Journey Beyond Lunch Cruise and we all had a fantastic time. The view was spectacular, the service and staff were friendly and the food was delicious. The 2 hours cruise is highly recommended.

Huge errors concerning the circuit I won't mention them all It would be too long I an example over the ABROLHOS to KALBARI reservation made from GERALTON at 155 kms..surprise on our part 300 kms round trip..we contact the correspondent on the spot who informs us that the airport to Kalbarri at 10 kms...he takes care of the reservation.. visit of a proposed mine before leaving answer on my part not interested but imposed on the travel log mail sent by me confirming the refusal and refund I had asked nothing!!!! NO REPLY since the correspondent on the spot aware of all these errors found us solutions ...that contrariets and disappointments... no professionalism on the part of this agency.....

Whilst the experience on board was excellent, when we arrived at the wharf at the requested time for boarding the trip was not listed on the departure board nor was there any sign of the boat. We became quite concerned that the trip may have been cancelled until it finally turned up at the advertised departure time.

I was very disappointed that there wasnt more of a commentary on this cruise and the lunch service was a bit hit and miss, we had to ask several times for missing items. Rather disappointing overall.

Food was incredible, the staff was outstanding. The sights and tour were beyond expectations. Highly recommend !!
