We had such a great adventure with our 9 year old and toddler. We highly recommend Captain Matt--he was very nice, professional, and in tune with our interests. He gave excellent advice on seeing the raccoons and we had a wonderful morning, both on the island and on the boat ride itself.
What a wonderful experience! As a surprise for a 50th birthday I booked this tour for my boyfriend who is raccoon obsessed. From booking , keeping it a secret , right up until we were pulling up to island , the professionalism and courtesy were outstanding. Add that we chose Estonian as our captain and he was EXCELLENT! A Terrific captain and wonderful guide . Already talking about a return trip with friends ! Cannot wait highly recommend.
Yesterday when we were gooing to racoon island was the best on the hole trip to Florida. Ben was a fantastic guide. He showed us Miami and best of all were the sweet racoons were at the island. He also showed us dolphins. It was so beautiful. Thank you so much for the best time in our life.
Captain Mathew was awesome. Shared knowledge of the area and was great conversation. Would recommend to anyone. A+ outfit. The boat ride was great the raccoons were amazing.
With thanks to Captain Romnie, we had an absolutely lovely morning in the sun visiting Sandspur “Raccoon” Island. The communication leading up to the trip from Aquarius was fantastic, with plenty of advance information including clear, easy-to-follow directions. We met Romnie at the agreed time and set out into the bay. He pointed out interesting sights along the way and was charming and easy to talk to throughout. I’d highly recommend selecting him if you’re given a choice of captains the day before. A pleasant surprise was the opportunity to see some dolphins on the way — we weren’t expecting that. When we arrived at the island, Romnie knew exactly where to go and how to attract the raccoons. We fed them a few grapes and saw at least seven or eight of them. After spending some time there, with no pressure to leave, we headed back to the dock, enjoying another scenic ride through the bay and its beautiful surroundings. This will definitely go down as one of the true highlights of our holiday, and we’re so glad we chose to do it.
Captain Matthew was a wonderful tour guide and was very personable, kind, and made us laugh. Me and my fiancé booked for a spring break activity while we were in the area, from PGH, PA. Asked us what we’d like to do and made it happen; raccoon island was beautiful at sunset and the boat ride there and back was very enjoyable!!
Booked a boat to tour raccoon Island. Best price I found and was a great trip. They were in contact often which was nice! Our captain Esteban was quick to answer my texts and was great on the tour answering all our questions. He was friendly and informative. Will book again when we return to the area!

Captain Fabian was exceptional—he operated the boat flawlessly, ensuring our journey was smooth and enjoyable. His professionalism and expertise were evident in every aspect of the trip. Beyond that, he was incredibly friendly and engaging, sharing fascinating stories about Miami's history and culture. He took us to some of the most stunning spots, where we could fully appreciate the beauty of Miami's coastline. Captain Fabian also gave us excellent recommendations for other activities and places to visit in the area. The highlight of the trip was definitely the time we spent on Raccoon Island—it felt like our own private paradise. This experience exceeded all our expectations, and we’ll treasure these memories forever. Highly recommend this boat tour and Captain Fabian to anyone visiting Miami!
