エクレア (チョコレートとバニラ)、シューケット、シュー (チーズとクリーム) の 3 つの古典的なフランスのペストリーの作り方を学ぶインタラクティブな料理レッスンに参加してください。エプロンと必要な調理器具をすべて備えた状態で、キッチンで実際に調理し、これらの典型的なお菓子の作り方を段階的に学びます。そしてもちろん、焼きたての商品と一緒に楽しむ紅茶とコーヒーなしでは、フランスのペストリー体験は完結しません! レッスンを通して、最初にレシピに目を向けた瞬間からオーブンから出てくる最終的な結果まで、作品を完全に制御できます。すべてのステップをガイドし、完全な説明を提供し、成功を保証するために必要なテクニックを教えます。 レッスンの最後には、おいしい創作料理を味わったり、パリ旅行について話したりする機会があります。また、料理のアドバイス、おすすめ、意見を喜んで提供します。

Very disappointing! I will rate it at zero stars if possible. While on holiday and after traveling on a 32 deg C heat in Paris, I was told at the door that the class is non-existent. The provider just told me to contact Viator. A total waste of my time and effort considering the fact that I was on a very short holiday and I was looking forward to doing the Eclair & Choux class.
That it is fun, educational, and you reap the rewards of your work!! Everyone who tried my finished work loved it and it gives me the motivation to do more!!
This is a super fun activity to do with friends or your spouse. We thoroughly enjoyed it. And you get to eat!
An in depth lesson with an experienced instructor covering the basics of choux pastry. Made 3 eclairs and some chouxettes as well. Arguably a bit expensive for the experience but a very enjoyable one nonetheless.
Fun to do with a partner as it’s set up to do together. Very easy and yummy take home! Class went quickly.
We absolutely loved our Éclair and Choux experience. Clara was our teacher and she was amazing...friendly, enthusiastic and had great recommendations of places to go to try the best Parisien treats. Would definitely recommend! We'll be making these again once we're home!
It's more social than I expected. Ingredients are premeasured so you can focus on technique and chat. I'm not sure I'll be an expert but I'm definitely going to try it at home. I was actually quite impressed with the results. Even my imperfect shaky piping produced pretty and delicious eclairs. And I don't actually like most eclairs. The Gamache was dark chocolate instead of sugar icing which helped.
We had a wonderful time. Our instructor were patient and friendly and helped us surprise my daughter for her 16th birthday. Life long memories were made..the pastries were DELICIOUS and we now have the recipe to bring back with us to the US. This is a MUST DO experience for bakers and petite bakers alike.

Our chef was very good and patient even allowing us to re do some parts. And let me add CHOCOLATE to additional cookies. At the end they give you the recipe to be able to do at home.
