Tour was good and informative with English interpretation. It helps that the weather was nice also. Didn’t realize that there was a walking portion of the tour; but was unable to participate in due to mobility restrictions.

I have gone on many tours when I travel (with different companies, not this one) and this is the only one I have ever been on I would rate less than five stars. This tour was billed as a one hour bus ride tour and then a one and a half hour walking tour. The bus ride was less than 40 minutes and we didn't go anywhere significant. It felt like we were just driving around the city (for example, we heard about a shopping mall that was popular in the 80s, we saw a beach where they played a particular game popular in Croatia, etc.) after that we got off the bus and started walking and for the first 20 minutes the tour guide didn't even tell us anything, we were just walking. We finally got to Diocletian's palace, which I was excited to learn about, but the tour guide was leading the group from the front, facing forward, and we could not hear her. Especially with the noise of the crowd. In order to be able to hear anything she said you had to try to get up in front right next to her. With a group of 20+ people that's not always possible so I felt like I was just walking around the palace on my own, but I had paid €20 to the tour company do so. I would've rather just explored on my own for free. So I'm giving this to our one star for both the information that was presented and the manner in which it was presented. This company really should invest in ear phones for everyone so the tour guide can talk and we can be free to take pictures and wander around. I did a tour like this in Dubrovnik and it was great! Definitely choose another company, not this one.

Our Tour guide, Franca, was amazing! She fluidly switched between English and Italian to accommodate all of us. She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. 10 stars!

avoid at all costs this is a scam company!! they pretend to be the official hop on hop off tour company but are actually fraudsters. we bought tickets for €20 each and were told we would be picked up in 10 minutes as the first bus was full, but another was on its way. 15 minutes later, no bus and the guides that had sold us the tickets had all disappeared!! we waited for 40 minutes before the woman that sold us the tickets appeared again and said the bus was almost here, but at that point we were tired of waiting and wanted our money back as we had clearly been lied to. we even spoke to other people waiting that had been there for over an hour in the heat. initially she refused to give us our money back, saying she no longer had it, but we managed to get a refund once her business partner had returned. this is not a reliable company, look at the AI pictures on the trip advisor listing!! fortunately, we had a lovely experience with the official tour bus, but cruise passengers should be aware of scammers trying to take your money as soon as you get off the ship!!!

If you are coming off a cruise ship in Split, DO NOT buy tickets from the aggressive sellers waiting right outside the port gates! This company is a complete scam specifically targeting cruise tourists who are short on time.First of all, they lie about their pricing. Their website clearly lists tickets for €15 per person, but the sellers outside the port aggressively push you to pay €20 per person in cash. They do this so you cannot file a credit card dispute or chargeback later when their service fails.Secondly, their 20-minute schedule is an absolute lie. They promised us reliable, quick loops. Based on that, we hopped off at Stop 10 in the old town (only stop we hopped off). We came back to the stop and stood waiting for more than 45 minutes in the heat. The bus completely abandoned us and never returned. Because we had a strict cruise ship departure time to catch, we were forced to scramble our way to get back to the port in time. We were not the only ones left stranded. Do not let these rogue street sellers ruin your cruise stop. If you want a bus tour, bypass the port scammers entirely and buy tickets for the official, recognized City Sightseeing Split Hop-On Hop-Off buses or use local taxis. Avoid this company at all costs

We had a wonderful tour. They were in contact with us prior to the pick up and it was well organised. The bus was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The guide was very knowledgeable and interactive with all on board. We were on a cruise and time was of the essence. If we go to Split again, would be quite happy to do this tour again. Thank you

Good way to see the City. Informative and friendly guide. Asked where we wanted to be dropped off so didn’t have to walk as far.
